Communication tips for clinicians in a memory diagnosis meeting

This video offers guidance for clinicians in memory diagnosis feedback meetings. It offers practical advise on verbal communication, body language, room layout tips to improve patient and companion experience. It was co-produced by people with lived experience of attending these meetings and is based on their insights and needs, as well as empirical research into what happens in practice. This video is the result of an academic research project conducted collaboratively with researchers living with dementia or Mild Cognitive Impairments.
