First thing you do and I mean FIRST thing you do when building BCA is take everything apart and loctite every screw. Having barrels and hand guards almost fall off learned me. Also had a gas key explode because they worked loose within the first mag or two. If you have a Grendel or 762x39 immediately order an extractor from BRA. Another firing pin is advisable too
I've used quality uppers and lowers and Bear Creek barrels. Some struggles BUT they All where tuned, 100 % reliable. Some like cheap ammo and some different. But I've yet to have a problem or a problem that customer service didn't handle ASAP. It's usually the odd caliber's that unless you have the better bcgs, upper and gas system that screwed with me. Little experience and patience and support from the manufacturing company has been great.
Funny they talk about reliable ar15 when I’ve had to fix every upper I’ve gotten from them. Loose gas keys to handguards coming off while shooting to gas tube coming off
Like any organization we have had growing pains, but overall our tolerances, materials, and QC process are industry standard or better. All our products have a limited lifetime warranty if anything is not satisfactory. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced and hope to have the opportunity to make it right in the future.
@@Bear_Creek_Arsenal LOL First you get caught employing illegals, and not just a few. Then you post videos about how to build reliable firearms when you only employ people that will throw together 100 AR uppers a day. They have no idea how to line up a gas port (It looks straight) LOL. The reason you pay more for actual reliable firearms is because they take the time to build them right, with people who love guns, and building them. They build far less per day due to that fact. BCA has a firearms assembly line and maybe 4-5 people touching various parts of the same firearm. It's not even a money thing. The tool needed to line the port up properly is reusable. The problem is, it takes time. About 3-4 more minutes per gas block install and that amounts to a lot less ARs per day. The people slapping them together are not the only treated in such ways. The machinists are rushed as well, so you get chatter marks and products made to improper specs. Prove me wrong BCA, let me come in to your shop unannounced and film how they are built. I guarantee you won't.
Thank you for the idea, currently we do not have this on our radar for production, but we are regularly asked, by management, what kind of rifles our customers are looking for. We will place this within our pool of suggested ideas and as the need and want grows, so will the incentive to manufacture.
I have a question about a carbon length gas system on a 300 blackout. It shoots super sonic ammo great but will not cycle properly with sub sonic ammo 150 grain it will shoot, but 168 grain BTHP will not cycle. Im wondering if it's not a gas port size issue in the barrel. My question is what size is the gas port supposed to be to shoot subs from a carbon length gas system?
@Bear_Creek_Arsenal if I go with a 16-inch barrel with a pistol length gas system, do you have any idea on what buffer to use? I have a 10.5-inch barrel with, I believe is a pistol length system on it. And I'm having what I believe is bolt bounce, or the BCG is coming back so fast that it doesn't pick up the next rounds. The 10.5 came from BCA, and the 16-inch barrel carbon length also came from BCA. This is why I was wondering about the gas port sizes in the barrels. I do know the port size depends on the gas system on it.
In house we use a standard MILSPEC buffer (3-3.2 oz). However a heavier buffer may be recommended too assist with smoother cycling and of course the backpressure. An H2 tends to be recommended. Apart from the buffer, an Adjustable Gas Block can assist with the cycling during the usage of subsonic ammo
speaking of accurate and reliable. I put a Geiselle trigger in my lower with your 22WMR upper and spring. Guess what happened. The bolt wnet back so far it went over and past the trigger hammer wedging it in there. I literally had to break things to get the upper and lower apart. Should probably put a warning on ypur site my guys.
Really sorry to hear that! The 22 WMR is compatible with any mil-spec AR-15 lower with an unnotched hammer (rounded). Please reach out to bcatech@bearcreekarsenal.com and they will assist you.
@@inhumanfilth681 The geissele trigger has a smaller hammer than milspec. Thats why the bolt over traveled so far. I read the descrption for the 22wmr upper on their site and nowhere did it say may not work with aftermarket triggers, which it should have said. After this experience and spending over 100 dolllars extra to get 7.62x39 upper to run correctly I can safely say Im done with BCA.
I've got a BCA 7.62X39, it's been awesome.
Very well spoken and well structured video. Concise with no filler. Nice.
I’m loving her doing these videos!

Nothing like a beautiful woman talking guns , to hold your attention..😊😊 you got a winner BCA

Caution! Storing armour's tools near your firearm safe may cause over crowding in your safe!
I got a 308 BCA lower in the other day. its really nice! the bear logo is classic!
Glad you're happy with your new lower!
Great video! Hope the quality remains
BCG 5.56 is compatibily to 300 blackout ???
Yes. The BCG remains the same between the 5.56 and .300BLK.
@@Zach_D THANKS.
Make sure its nickel boron coated with a diamond tipped firing pin with an aluminum extractor !!!
300bo has the same case family as 2.23/5.56
Well speaking ❤❤❤❤❤
Does BCA still exchange the side charges for the rear charge upper?
Well spoken and beautiful

How can I put a quad rail hand guard on my 7.5 bca upper ?
Our Barrel Nuts are proprietary to our handguards, when changing handguards we advise getting the barrel nut from the same manufacturer as well.
338 ARC soon? Love my 18” SS side charging 6 ARC

How to build an accurate, reliable AR-15? Buy a new BCA upper and put it on a new BCA lower. Done and done in my experience.

Carbon length gas systems are finicky for subsonic loads. We advise a pistol length gas system if subsonic is being used

That sounds like a lemon im sure they would cover the trigger and the upper if you messaged them instead of getting on youtube to whine.

Maybe you should use the right tools!!! LOL. So when are you going to tell us how to build an accurate rifle??? LOL. This video is a joke!!!

This was pretty good bait… I appreciate yall for taking my time 😂 Great info! BCA is was my first build and my goto block spinner 🥷
