    I have something to tell you.....
    After lockdown, my friend weight increased... so he decided to go to gym and forced me to come with him.. although my weight is same as before lockdown as I follow your advice and tips..
    Because he is my friend... so I decided to go to gym with him..
    After doing exercises in gym for one week.. the trainer of the gym advised us to take eggs, meat and milk banana shake to increase weight and muscle.
    As Sativc Team never advises such things. .. so I clearly said.. NO.. a big No..
    I can't do that....
    I told them.. I don't have to fight with Khali...
    I want to live Sativc Lifestyle...
    Love you all Sativc Team.....

      When refined oil companies had to launch refined oil, they misadvertised filtered mustard oil (kachchi ghaani) as non-healthy, unclean, etc. Now after 10-15 years of that, we are waking up to it's positive effects on immunity, health etc. Now we understand refined oil is bad and switching back to kachchi ghaani. Similar campaign was started against herbal tooth-powders when toothpaste was launched. Now, veganism and this version of satvic eating hhabits has been launched. Just wondering what's the end product they'll be launching. It's only going to reduce the relevance of cows and making them just a raw material for slaughter. And when after 10-15 years people will wake up, indigenous breeds will be extinct. 😏

    It is recommended in Ayurveda to never cook food in a closed vessel. I have seen Subah mam cooking sabjis in a closed vessel which is not ideal at all. Also, on one hand you talk about satvic and on other you use microwave and mixer/grinder! Not a satvic way of preparing and cooking food. This is rather convenient satvic at its best.

    • @stallio5612
      @stallio5612 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      What do you mean by closed vessel? Also I am also against microwave, not because it is modern but because it changes the nature of food in a bad way....similarly Stone grinding is ideal for spices (the diff bw the stone grinder and mixer is evident) but I think mixer grinder is still ok.

      And what about cow milk 🥛 if I know correctly that is also satvic food

    • @experienceexpress
      @experienceexpress 3 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      Hi @@stallio5612 , Glad you asked this!
      Well Ayurveda recommends to allow sunlight and-or air while cooking food. If direct sunlight is not possible due to some reason (and obviously not possible at night), it is recommended that at least the food gets a touch of fresh air while being cooked. As per ayurveda, if food doesnt get air and-or sunlight when being cooked, it will act as slow poison in your system. It will take longer time for the body to recover/extract the nutrients from the food.
      Now, coming to microwave oven! Here the food gets cooked by electromagnetic waves as it passes through the food and shakes up the molecules so much so that it produces heat. Studies show that food cooked using microwave brings changes at molecular level such that the food's molecular and atomic properties can be related with that of cancerous cells in human body! Clearly, a microwave isn't ideal for cooking. The industries are just selling us cancer machines!
      A mixer/grinder also produces tremendous heat as the blade slices, and grinds the food. It also destroys the micro fibres in the food. The heat destroys nutrients!
      A stone grinder grinds just right! Not more not less. Produces less heat. No electricity involved. This is ideal way to go.
      All I am asking "Subah mam and the group" is that if you really are the promoters of "satvic" and "eat & drink the way nature has provided to us", then please adhere to it, and do not slowly move towards the conventional practices!
      I am sure nature didn't intend you to make peanut curd out of peanuts through such lenghty routine that takes away the life out of peanuts. Just eat the peanuts as they are supposed to be eaten! No offence!
      Best Regards. 😊

      No doubt a cow's milk is satvic, provided the following holds true:
      1. The cow is desi and not hybrid.
      2. The cow is not being tortured and forced.
      3. The cow is willing to give milk.
      4. The calves have had the cow's milk first and your part of milk (if remains) is taken afterwards.
      5. The milk sees no processing and adulteration. It should reach you the way it was taken out of the cow.
      If all these checkboxes check, you can happily consume the milk. 😊
