    I've been doing this video every day with my father-in-law. He's 90-years-old and is recovering from a fall. He really lights up while doing this. Thanks for posting!

    I am an out of shape 53 year old woman and I love these chair workouts to get me back into the swing of things before venturing to more rigorous standing routines. You are such a beautiful group people who clearly love what you're doing! I love the music selections and also how you don't talk alot during the workouts. I will be exploring more of your workout gems and thank you so much for helping me getting motivated.

    I am use to working out regularly, but recently I severely injured my leg. I had been so discouraged that I couldn't do my walking or workouts like I used too. I stumbled across your video and it has renewed my spirit! I had been so depressed not getting to workout, but your video has shown me it IS possible to work up a sweat and get a good workout IN A CHAIR...hahah! I also love your music as well. Just really wanted to take time out to thank you for thinking of people who aren't as mobile due to injuries or other health concerns. I feel alive again. God bless you and you are beautiful! And thank you so much to your Dad for his service to our nation.

      When I got breast cancer I could no longer do my kick boxing and step workouts so I bought a pilates reformer with a rebounder attachment, similar to a mini trampoline except you are working out lying down. This workout would have been perfect at that time as well. I love it. Now I do this type of workout when I really don't feel like working out but need to get some kind of exercise in. As well as an add-on to walks or higher intensity workouts. Perfect! Music is on point!

    Omg! I am so happy to find a chair exercise that I can do with my injuries. I can find a exercise that I can do every night now. Please don't stop. You are my only hope. I have tried many chair exercise and I didn't get pass the warm up. Good bless you 🙏

    Not just for seniors. I'm only 35 (soon to be 36) & I do this during my 15 minute morning break at work. This workout really does help me get through the day. My 72 year old mom loves this, too!

    Thank you for this! I am 27 and have hip problems that make it very hard to do most core exercises. It's nice to have come across this! Now I can start to strengthen my core more and have fun. Please post more chair exercises by Alexis!

    Thank you so much. I'm rehabbing a broken bone in my foot and wearing the terrible boot. I have tried a few other chair exercises and you are the only one that made me feel alive and not treat me like I'm 70 (almost but not ready to own it yet.)

    I've been feeling discouraged because my left upper body including my arm and left ankle and entire foot have been injured for a awhile and I couldn't find any sit down exercise apps in the app store so I turned to youtube and this was the first to pop up. I am so thankful in the Lord for this workout. Thanks so much of those who are more limited. You have truly blessed me!

    I love this video. I will be 70 in two weeks, and have had RA for over 40 years. Although I do pretty good, I can't participate in some exercises. This video is perfect. Nice to see your Dad working out with you.

    Here I am 3 years later just coming across Fuzion Fitness...I did the chair workout and it was awesome...I worked up some sweat. Being a heavy person doing the walking exercises hurt my body and turned me off...so I went looking for chair exercises....I hope I can find more....thanks for doing the video!!!

    Have been doing thsi workout every morning since April when schooll closed. Since I wasn't doing my 6000 steps per day I needed a replacement. Thank you for such a great workout!

    This was great! I have injuries in both shoulders and in my right knee. I’m in physical therapy. This was workout was gentle on both and I still felt the burn. Thank you!

    Thank u so much. Im a linedancer but have been having extreme hip pain and I'm sad I won't be able to dance for a while until I get to the doctor and see what I can do for this and until I lose some more weight. I felt silly abt the thought of doing chair exercises but thx to this video I was still able to get my exercise n and all feel like I was dancing and the music is awesome. ♥️♥️♥️

    I have back and knee issues that cause me not to be up on my feet for long periods and this was so amazing and it helped me a lot, this was my first day but definitely not my last, you rock... losing weight will be well worth it so that I can get back up on my feet, thanks

    I'm off my feet because of knee surgery. This is so much more fun than the exercises the doctor told me to do. Physical therapy needs to learn to work with music if they want people to do this stuff. Thank You! What a beautiful group of people.

    I really appreciate this. A guy wasnt paying attention and ran a red light, totalling my car with my whole family inside. My kids were in car seats/boosters and had NO injuries! Big fan of the 5pt harness! However, my husband and I got hurt and have gained weight. I really want to stay fit! I cant do some of the moves, but what I can do I will do! Thank you!

    you rock!! me and my mom love to watch you. she is about to be 65 and she started doing your exercises with me!! we had tried several other chair exercises but they just didn't fit her needs Like yours! she has been unable to walk for almost a year, in a wheel chair due to inactivity, weight gain and general pain.now with healthy eating and your videos she is loosing weight and walking with a walker and hoping to put that away soon. thank-you again. p.s. your father is precious

    I am in my mid sixties and this workout is delightful. I have back, knee and foot issues, so being able to have a nice chair exercise is great for me. I felt like I was able to get good stretches and work up to a slight sweat which I call good! Thank you for thinking of us (oldies) who still want to workout no matter what our limitations are. You have a good warm up and cool down too. Again, thanks.

    I ran across this video today and I had to subscribe to your channel. In Nov I sprain my calf and it was painful to do standing workout. I loved the workout and music. I couple the workout with pilates. I was a daddy's girl so it was nice to see your father participating. Great job!

    Love this workout. I'm also dealing with a foot injury, and looking for new ways to exercise. This was fun and a bit dancy! Not too strenuous, but that's ok! Also appreciate the stretch /cool down at the end! So many other videos on youtube just skip this and I need to stretch! Thanks for putting this workout together.

    I just came Across your videos I particularly love this one my first day doing the exercises. I feel great, I Appreciate this video. This will be my go to every morning until I am able strengthen my legs. Also do you videos for that. Currently I’m in so much pain that I can’t handle due to plantar fasciitis in both feet and spring ligament in left Ankle. Plus Arthritis in left knee. I’m just trying Heal.

      Me too in addition to my weight gain I work nearly seven days a week doing deliveries and by the time I come home at night my feet and my heels are so painful but have you noticed any weight loss with these chair exercises

    I’m finding this a great exercise now I can’t do any hydrotherapy with the Coronavirus. I had a knee replacement in November last year and it’s helping me lots. Great to do and love the music too.

    Wow what a work out didn't think I could do it Alexis ! but I thank my daughter for sending this to me , just recently made my 70th Birthday God bless thank you what a work out. it will take some getting use too but I enjoyed it so much. :) its really fun.

    I recently came across this video, thanks so much for this chair work out series. I have a lot of arthritis knees & hips also I have poor balance and use a walker. I have not been able to walk outside most days due to cold weather causing a lot of pain, this is nice going to be able to exercise & maintain my weight. Does anyone know if any of her chair exercise routines are on DVD? Would really be interested in purchasing it. Thank you for posting this & for the woman that is leading the class thank you for offering a routine for those who can't do regular standing aerobics. I absolutely enjoyed the music, the energy y'all had looked like y'all had a good time.
