    I find it amazing the joy and inspiration people have from their work. Something as simple as noodles and this gentleman treats it as serious as a heart surging would.     This is my all time favorite video I’ve ever watched. I come back to watch just to listen, and admire the craftsmanship and finesse is something that is thought to be simple. It is simple, but it’s also as complex as you want it to be. I just love this masterpiece of a video

    What amuses and equally fascinates me about traditional japanese is everything is an art. Everything that is done is a specialty and isn't done without purpose. Something as simple as making noodles is taken extremely seriously, made in a Gi, practiced for 8 years and the individual dedicates their life to it. Its noodles.
