How to quickly and cheaply FIX rust on your car with metal! (e46)

Finally getting around to finishing up with this massive hole in the e46, its not perfect or oem but it will definitely do the job. all i have to do to finish this off is make a small patch for the inner and this corner will be done and i can move on to more important/pressing issues and get ready to take this thing to the track!
