i feel u, rally in NA is so far behind our euro bros, also considering how hatches and small cars are like the least popular body types in the NA market it makes sense that donut wouldnt be focusing on a rally based car, their audience is mostly NA too and theres already a billion drift builds now, maybe soon in the future things will swing towards rally but i doubt 😪

It would be logical to have more clearance between their wheels and fenders but I guess they'd rather have suspension that looks like the car got stepped on.
@@bwofficial1776 Past a certain point, you need an angle kit like they show for wheel travel anyway. A lot of them are adjustable. Also, a common thing with drift setups is more camber in the front than the rear. It looks stupid, probably, but it does work.
I miss the Donut content like this, I followed this channel because of Money Pit and Science Garage, Up To Speed was also awesome because I loved to learn. But this channel is slowly turning into a glorified reaction channel with click baity titles and other silly things that I personally don't enjoy watching as much. Good God, I hope you guys see this and remember where your roots are, remember why we loved you to begin with, please do not lose the spirit of Donut.

this video literally made my whole day just by watching it, its always my dream to build drift e36, unfortunately its hard to get all the things here on where i live in, like a decent engine itself need about 10k to made it drift worthy, and also its hard to get the m3 engine, no bodykits that cheap enough to get, angel kits? it cost 2k here lol and its only the entry level one, rollbars can cost about 3k - 10k, you guys are living my dreams lol, im 18 and just tryna to compete with other drifters on my country, BTW i live in Indonesia, thanks donut for making this video its really made my day!

Hey man my friend had an e36 drift car and he didn’t reinforce the subframe welds so he lost it. They are great welds for everyday driving but drifting puts extra stress on those parts so make sure you reinforce your welds before you go slideways. This applies to Donut and others who wish to drift an e36
I know in general that BMW owners consider blinkers a nonsense and that a drift car does not need them but, please, put them on for the car to look complete! And yes, mo powa babeh is required for this Beemer to rip it on the asphalt, but it also needs mo coolin' babeh for, well, ripping it on the asphalt!🤙
