A 1.5 hr Gaga reaction on the same day that the Joker 2 Trailer releases? Oh, what a beautiful day. Great reaction!
Fun fact: Bloody Mary wasn't even used in Wednesday. A fan used it for an edit and it went insanely viral and is now associated with the show
I know. And although I watched the show even without TikTok I saw the edits with the song on top. Which is so random to have here on a 10+ year old record
Gaga released the Judas music video on Easter Sunday and the church went absolutely crazy. Damn I miss the Born This Way era 😭
It was actually released on "Good Friday," which is the Friday before Easter Sunday, not Easter itself.
I still love that she took on and “offended” so many Christians and specifically Catholics of which Gaga was raised herself. What a moment in history
@@JacobS5005 I agree! They feel so comfortable offending everyone else, specially LGBT+ people, that it was a shock when someone did the same towards them.
@@erikperhs_ so true! It is sad too that these religions that preach “love” for others end up putting out so much hate to certain groups instead. Progress is never fast enough but we make it every day. One day, maybe religious, cultural, and societal hate toward LGBTQ+ people and other minorities will be in history books and not religious sermons.
A lot of people (myself included) believe Born This Way is her magnum opus. This album had a lot to say back in 2011 and changed a lot of people's lives. I'll never forget how it felt to be front row at the Born This Way Ball putting my paws up with all the other fans
It definitely has an impact on and changed my life. Agree with you completely!
I got to attend the Monster Ball Tour just one month after she released Born This Way as a single. It's hard to describe how much that meant to me as a closeted college kid

@@tamerailPLEASE 😭 Also knew this album would take u out - what an experience. And just when u think this woman cannot go much more WTF, literally the first track of ARTPOP turns the insanity up several more notches 😂
@glaubi4723 The Born This Way Ball was a religious experience 🖤 those songs were destined for stadiums
This might be the best Born This Way reaction video. He just gets EVERY SINGLE TRACK!
Artpop will change your life
gonna make him finger wave while also head banging AND WE NEED TO SEE THAT
The appreciation for every track is immaculate! Especially for the criminally underrated The Queen track!!
Also I could tell you 100 facts about Born This Way but possibly my favourites are about The Edge Of Glory. TEOG is a song about that glorious moment before the end of your life, when you know you are going to die, and being completely free because you have nothing to fear anymore. She started writing the song when her grandfather was on his death bed, they took shots together and talked about life. The saxophone player she asked to play on the song is Clarence Clemons. He freestyled the whole thing, and his performance in the music video was actually his very last performance before passed away. He died unexpectedly from a stroke the day after the music video released. His saxophone is the last thing you hear as it closes out the Born This Way album. If that isn't poetic I don't know what is
Loved that fact when I found out about it. So sad but also so gratifying that he got to be so involved in The Edge of Glory.
Didn't you know that Lady Gaga invented Spanish, German, and Italian?
I love seeing how The Queen, The fashion of his love and Highway Unicorn (Road to love) are appreciated!!! These songs are underrated gems on the album.
its always fun seeing a little monster being born. it was fun as hell listening with you, excited for when you do ARTPOP 😎
You putting this reaction out into the world on international unicorn day just feels right.
What is world unicorn day 😭 like the animal or what I mentioned in the video? If there's a world day for a third during sex than holy shit have I been living under a rock 💀
My favourite piece of trivia about this fantastic album is this: Gaga designed the single artwork for Judas herself - she used Microsoft Word and took the photo with her mobile phone “for texture” and you can actually see her reflection in the image if you look close enough!
This one the same day as Joker 2 trailer? Oh, you're giving us a GAGA DAY
Oh yeah it's gonna be a musical apparently of some sort with many original songs. Hope they make it good
“…the greatest Born this way reaction you will ever see because is by the woman herself… me” 😂😂
Gaga giving you the yassification you needed, we love to see it!
Her best album/concept/era for me. Is a masterpiece. I love your reactions man. Please keep reacting to Gaga! She has so much content.
A NO SKIP ALBUM, ALL SONGS ARE SOOO GOOOOD AND CATCHY 🖤👄🖤
Are we not gonna talk about how Clarence Clemons and Brian May worked with Gaga on this album?!
Crazy you are feeling the same way we felt when this album came out but 13 years after, that’s what great pop music does, and she didnt get the recognition she deserved for reseting pop culture and making all the rest have to step up their craft becouse she was otherworldly talented and game changer, your reaction was amazing ❤
Gaga's music is timeless. I would say that Starstruck is her most outdated song but even that one still sounds amazing.
What an incredible artist!
THIS IS MY FAVORITE REACTION You gave me remembering the first time I heard this album 13 years ago 🥹
duuuuude, u gotta finish these gaga reactions before her new album comes out. she’s apparently trying to get it out as soon as possible and she feels really inspired rn. we have no clue what it’s gonna sound like, but i’m excited af!
@@erikperhs_it won’t be good. She hasn’t had a good album since Artpop. She makes grandma music now
@@tamerail2 or 3 down depending how you look at it. Only like 3 crazy, wildly experimental, totally unique and different albums to go. Sort of not really halfway but you got this! We love your reactions! ARTPOP, Joanne, and CHROMATICA. You will be immersed
I expect it will be out early next year as she will be doing press tours around the world from October onwards to promote Joker 2.
This album is truly something else and no one will ever come close to a piece of art like this.
To write Bad Kids, Gaga took pieces of letters the fans would send her where they talk about what they were going through in life.
I can't put into words how much this album means to me and my life. It saved me when I was a kid, I was maybe around 12 or 13 when this album came out. It felt like a warm hug but also got me fired up about how messed up the world could be. Growing up as an LGBT kid wasn't easy. This album really captured what it was like to be growing up back then-lots of anger mixed with a craving to just live and enjoy life. Lady Gaga gave us a space to celebrate life when no one else in the music industry did. When she started her career back in 2008, no artist was brave enough to support us. But Lady Gaga did right from the start. She put her heart into fighting for us, and I can't thank her enough for saving so many lives through her art. Born this way is really a masterpiece. If you go to the born this way music video there’s like +300 comments on how she saved their lives when they were growing up. She changed the whole industry and honestly, the whole world and I am not even overreacting, everyone knew who she is and talked about her, so yup. Thanks GaGa 💖✨
I read this and was so moved and related so much ❤. This album saved my life and helped plant the seeds of a journey of acceptance for myself instead of a life of hating myself and misery. I was 13 too when Born This Way dropped and as a little LGBT kid myself still trying to figure out what it even meant to be gay aside from what I was taught and told which was that it was wrong, Gaga came on the scene and brought things to the front of peoples minds. I truly agree and believe she influenced the public opinion on LGBTQ+ equality, rights, and people. She moved the needle of progress immensely and I’ll forever love her and be grateful for all she does and has done. Thank you for sharing your story!
This album is literally so iconic but when u referred to Bloody Mary as "The song from Wednesday" i felt my soul disintegrate😔 love ur videos tho
NEXT STOP: Free my mind, ARTPOP. You make my, heart stop.
Born This Way is my favorite album ever
Love your personality and insights so much. Thanks for sharing with us!
You & I and Edge of Glory just don’t get old no matter how many times I hear them. Genuine masterpieces
I used to not like Highway Unicorn, UNTIL the Born This Way Ball Tour, where she opens the show with this song while riding a mechanical unicorn dressed as an alien and being followed by armed guards in front of a huge medieval castle. I was screaming so hard I almost fainted and now it's all I can think of when I listen to this song.
Funny that you mentioned Queen during You & I bc Brian May from the actual band Queen is the one playing the guitar on You & I. Him & Gaga actually performed together at the 2011 MTV VMA's where Lady Gaga was dressed as a man. I highly recommend watching that performance!
there's this fanmade documentary about the Born This Way Ball called 98 with Lady Gaga. Abou what you said "this bitch is me", in the episode of Hair and Electric Chapel (personal fav off the record) her mum says: "She's gone through the same kind of struggles that they [little monsters] have in their life and they identify with that". Very heartwarming episode adressing mental health
Listening back to the album with you I realise just how great and iconic this album actually is. Definitely one of the classics
The Queen bridge is EARGASMIC!!!
I’m so happy there’s a straight man that enjoys this album as much as I do
I'm loving your Gaga reactions!! Every Gaga album is a journey; now you should react to Artpop, Joanne, and Chromatica! And also you could react to some of her ICONIC and controversary PERFORMANCES such as: Paparazzi live VMA 2009, Swine live Sxsw or her Superbowl performance. Little monsters are waiting for reactions like these ahah :D
This is the BEST reaction of Born This Way ! You’re awesome
No words to express how much I loved this reaction. Almost as much as I love this album
Is it too off limits to ask you to get high for artpop? 😂
Although it would be legal. I don't take drugs 😔 just the casual abuse of alcohol. But let a girl sometimes I guess
@@tamerail I respect that. Please don’t feel pressured to drink or do any substances to react and make content for us. You are what we are here for, though you after a whole a** bottle of Prosecco was pretty fun to watch it isn’t expected
This reaction was epic 😂 your expressions were priceless and I couldn't stop laughing. The awesome songs, your excitement, comments and jokes made it one of your best reactions! Loved it!
Yes you did the best Born This Way reaction, now jump into the best reaction of ARTPOP
Your reactions literally give me life and genuinely make me laugh haha
I love your reaction to this. Definitely probably my favorite reaction. You made me laugh and smile so much throughout the video 😂
When you listen to ARTPOP you should listen to Do What U Want, it was deleted from the album, it was originally between the songs Manicure and ARTPOP. The original version doesn’t exist anymore but there’s a solo version around and a remix with Christina Aguilera that’s still on Spotify. It was a single and a hit, the album feels a bit incomplete without it.
The r kelly version is on youtube and even tho hes a garbage human, that version is the superior one. The xtina mix is so awkwardly slapped together. Its so unfortunate she didnt release it solo originally because its a standout on artpop
TIT'S? TRAUMA? TESTOSTERONE? 🤣🤣
I’m obsessed!!! Thx for sharing ur experience, it’s been pretty wholesome ❤
l legit cannot wait for the ARTPOP reaction :) Aura -ah -ahhhhhhhhhhh
fun fact: Gaga says "Bloody Mary" three times total in the song (the same amount of times to summon bloody mary)
Watched this reaction three times already - and I cannot! You’ve given the best (straight) Born This Way reaction. You GET every single song!!
you get it!! this is truly an astounding body of work - a crazy grandiose blend of multiple genres beaming out of her. she was the biggest star in the world, so the fact she chose to make an album speaking directly to the queer community was a landmark
Americano is truly one of her best songs, so sad she doesn’t ever perform it live :(
i love your gaga reactions so much. you’re gonna absolutely LOVEEE artpop!!
I remember listening to this album back in 2011 (i was 19 at that time) like on repeat and watching your reaction while listening to the whole album now… IT HITS DIFFERENT MAN! 100/10 for sure!
Now imagine to listen this songs LIVE IN CONCERT! It was the greatest experience of my life!
well you’re not wrong this might be the best reaction 😂😂
This album saved thousands of lives, including mine.
Context to Americano, Highway Unicorn, and really Born This Way, the album released in 2011 and in the United States Marriage Equality was not enacted due to a Supreme Court Decision until June of 2015 so same-sex marriage was federally illegal and illegal in a majority of states.
Personal anecdote, I was only 13 in 2011 and was just beginning to have my gay feelings manifest strongly and grew up in a religious school my whole life that naturally preached gays burn in hell regardless of anything. This album saved my life and dare I say Gaga moved the needle of public opinion in America on LGBTQ+ rights.
Born This Way was the first song that mentions trans people to hit #1 on Billboard. It was the first time I heard about the idea that we are born with our sexuality and it changed my life.
THIS ALBUM ITS A BANGER! and ARTPOP is basically: art, pop, a lot of drugs, edm and a woman teaching us about planets 🎉🎉🎉🎉
I think there is a lot of “romantic passion” gleaned from Artpop too or as it may be said, “this woman is horny!” 😂
When Gaga performed for the Clintons, she exited her performance with Government Hooker playing as she laid on the ground and the stage rotated her off.
I strongly believe the Clintons had no idea what song was playing, but if you know what song it was, it was a 😮 moment
i'll subscribe to watch ARTPOP reaction as soon as its posted. i loved this reaction so much, made me feel as enthusiastic as i was years ago when it was released. thank ü and PLEASE dont sleep on ARTPOP!
I NEEED you to react to the "Born This Way" music video... and all its alien mother goddess energy
Brian May plays guitar in You & I ❤️
OMGGGG I BEEN WAITING FOR THISSSSSSS
Been waiting for this
Your reaction is the best ! Can’t wait for ARTPOP
Really enjoyed this reaction video it is by my far my favourite BTW reaction ever. The legendary Clarence Clemons is the one closing out the album on the sax and what a way to end a truly great album. If ARTPOP is your next on Gaga's list maybe just keep your expectations open lmao, it was very devise at the time and even still to this day but its one hell of album.
No sabía que necesitaba esta reacción hasta que la vi. Gracias por tanto.
love ur reactions!!
Loving this reaction 😅
In Scheiße she says she doesn’t speak German but she can if you like… so it’s just intentionally complete gibberish lol
and if you love electronic music/techno, just wait for ARTPOP!
OMG FINALLY, I am looking forward to ur artpop reaction, You will lose ur mind bc some of the songs in that album is unpredictable for new listeners
I love all my gaga people in these comments. I'm home ❤
This is the best reaction video ever
This is like my 50th comment now but Artpop may take your body and soul. 😂
Thank you for this amazing, and so unapologetically you, reaction. It was amazing and felt so genuine. I literally cannot wait for your Artpop experience!! 1:28:44
been waiting for this!! next artpop!
bro created the best btw reaction video
Gaga reactions are amazing with you 😭
I enjoyed this BTW album reaction so much. One of the best I've watched
I’m patiently waiting for your reaction video to ARTPOP. 😂 I’ve been checking every day since you uploaded this video.
The problem I have with Bloody Mary going viral on Tik Tok is people loose sight of the deeper meaning of this song and the absolute genius of this song lyrically and production-wise. Also, this song is actually not from the show Wednesday. Gaga's fans remixed the song and edited it to the dance sequence from the show and thats the video and remix that went viral. The original song from the Wednesday show's dance sequence was Goo Goo Muck by the Cramps
If this album is weed, artpop is heroin. It hits way harder. Waaaay harder. Every track. Get your drink ready boy.
It sounds like a metal album. By far my favorite Gaga album. Bloody Mary, Heavy Metal Lover, Judas.. all bangers
I love an hour long reaction!! Please listen to ARTPOP next!
This reaction warranted a subscribe ✨
My favourite album and concert of all time
Oh I am so ready for this.
I am SO excited for you ARTPOP reaction there is a lot happening on there
YASSSS keep them coming!
So the “German” in Scheiße is actually a joke about how women are expected to do more than they’re capable of. So, “I don’t speak German, but I can if you like” is saying “I don’t speak German, but I can maybe make it sound like I do to please you.”
Also, this is the song that she broke her hip during. She broke it on stage, finished the set, then was rushed to the hospital.
My favorite album. Used to play this album this a lot during medschool days 😅 even while sleeping❤
Subscribing just for how much you made me laugh watching this
Great reaction ❤
I swear you just taught me what the…”other” meaning for unicorn is. How am I 26 and just now learning this. Thank you for this knowledge…I think 😂
I love your reactions! You should react to her whole discography: ARTPOP, Joanne, A Star Is Born soundtrack & Chromatica
yeah I was completely drunk by the end so the further we go the better it gets :)
Drink a shot everytimr you say a song on artpop is good bc that shit is very experimental
ARTPOP next! Youll get drunk. 😅
I recommend substituting the Christina Aguilera version of Do What U Want into the original tracklist where the OG DWUW was removed. Helps the flow of the album.
😂😂
Love gaga
