Its all great. But I still don't get how this models can cost the same price as vell made 1/18 model🤷🏼♂️ Very well made 1/18 model with waaaay more details and elements comprising it
Diecast models will always be less expensive for a great variety of reasons. The primary one, thought, is that the dies used to make a resin model are only good for a limited number of models, usually hundreds. So a maker of resin models ahs to amortize his expenses over a much smaller volume. The tooling for diecast models is capable of making tens of thousands of models. It you check the price on curbside resin models in 1/18, which have the same type of volume limitations, you'll see that they run right around $300. The good news is that there is plenty of variety to satisfy nearly every collecting motivation.
@Kuvakas So small batches is the main reason you think? Its certainly adds to the value. I'll get myself couple of this models anyway, they look too good to resist. But I would probably buy lot more of not the price. Its unfortunate
Incredible details. You know a model is well done when you have a hard time trying to tell it from a real one from a distance!
I know what you mean. These models are really something special. There are nto a lot of miniatures that hold up under such extreme magnification.
Those are some great looking land yachts!!
LOL! A great term for what they are, big and bold as they come!
Very nice model! Wish real cars like these were still produced. Too many suvs out there.
They were indeed magnificent! Thanks for watching.
I loath Crossovers. They are absurd, and do nothing well.
How,dare these companies push them on us all.
That's one big two door - exquisite Caddy!. Excellent review John!
My dad had an Agean Turquoise just like this one. The front seat was HUGE!
Another excellent review, John. These are beautiful models.
Thank you for watching!
Great detail and colors
I love the colors too! Thanks.
