Randy Bachman is still a class act. On Mothers Day, he offered this Twitter message: "Happy Mother's Day today to all of you who care for others. There are all sorts of ways to mother that are not related to biology or bloodlines. So for all of you who help and nurture, be good to yourself and know that you matter and your influence makes a difference. My own mother paved the way for my success in so many ways."

But only if you put ALL YOUR TRUST IN HIM AND IN HIM ALONEI have so much peace knowing I'm going to be in Heaven with him and so can you don't have to go to Hell for ever. we all deserve Hell. My all-time favorite BTO tune is Sledgehammer which was on their great Not Fragile album which was released in the mid-70's. Me and my neighborhood buddies would blast it on my parents' old console stereo in our basement....we wore out the grooves on that album. BTO and Bad Company were my early favorites and then Boston and Foreigner hit the scene during my junior year of high school.

Randy Bachman was a major part of the Guess Who, both lyrically and musically, but he started with medical issues which impacted his touring ability and he was replaced in 1970. After his medical issues were addressed he started his own band. BTO in 1973 which included his brothers Robbie Bachman and Tim Bachman and Fred Turner.

Incredible band! The songs suggested in the previous comments are all awesome. Oddly enough, one of my favorites of theirs was "Blue Collar" which was sort of a jazzy/bluesy departure from the norm. There's a whole lot of talent in that band!

I've seen these guys a few times but most memorable was an out door concert in Montreal in 1976. One of the best concerts I've been. Just saw Randy Bachman at a concert in my home town in the interior of BC. Pretty small venue but he was awesome. Played all the BTO classics & a couple of Guess Who songs. Talented musician.

BTO is often ranked in the top five of Canada's greatest music groups, becoming one of my home country's first genuine rock bands. Often collaborating with The Guess Who, they are immortal souls in the Great White North. You'd be hard-pressed to listen to a Canadian rock station without hearing these guys. Y'all need to hear "Taking Care of Business" and "Let It Ride". BTO is one rare band where pretty much the entire band has stayed together, with no messy break-ups or grandiose disputes. BTO was all about rocking, and this song shows it. You guys keep on rocking, Rob Squad!

BTO are Canadian icons. I didn't catch the name of the first song you reacted to but they got a good catalogue for you to dig into. Randy Bachman on guitars his brother Robbie on drums Fred Turner on bass and the other guitar player is Blair Thornton. Randy learn some guitar from Lenny breau and went on to form the Guess Who with Burton Cummings.. another band you should definitely check out if you haven't already.👍 . From BTO, Taking Care of Business. Four-wheel Drive and for some of Randy's Jazz influences from Lenny, checkout Blue Collar. As for the Guess Who, These Eyes, and No Sugar are two that come to mind. As always, keep up the good work.🍻🇨🇦
