I would like to know which system you used to track your experiences, and which system you eventually stuck with and why. Did you use mindfulness only? Calenders? Diaries? Anything else? I'm curious. Thank you for your question! This is a hard one to answer as I switch it up a lot. I’m a visual person so I consistently use google calendar, and love that it connects between my phone and computer. I recently started building out a Notion platform though and love it so far and want to try to stick with it for tracking. I hope that answers your question and I can talk about this more in an upcoming video!
