Brush and downed trees is a never-ending struggle. At least, that's what I've experienced.
It never lets up! Thanks Charlie!
Ross.... every now and then a Hard working man is entitled to a Lazy Day... a good nap is refreshing... besides Schools out....
My grandpa had a 2440 with 146 loader. I loved that little tractor
Good to see that you didn’t break anything. Damn trees can sure tear up stuff.
Fine line between farming and landscaping
It started awesome 😮😮😊
Another nice video Ross. Seems there is always work to be done. But hey, at least ole John started up. Nice job.
Wiggle the steering wheel. It will be fine!!!!!😂😂
Yep, when starting a Deere it cranks easier when you turn the wheel back and forth. Relieves the pressure on engine.
Unfortunately, that trick doesn’t work on this one because it has a separate power steering system. The later ones switched to where the power steering ran off the main hydraulic pump. On this one, you can pull the remote levers back and that will do the trick.
John Deere is the best mate
Ah yes, brush and bucket work, ya gotta love it! Well, maybe not,who knows what a person will like? One thing I really like is the video, thanks Ross, I hope you have an awesome day!
If you took a nap it's ok, as long as the lights work
You found another use for your tractor ... a fence remover!
Nice video Ross
Ever noticed how a simple project always turns into a bigger project 😢
I've always been quite fond of the 1020 and 2020 so it was a pleasure to ride along.
More fence sadness! Forgot how much work they are to keep up! Always something falling on them, running into them or growing up on them! What a pain in the -- !
Even us case boys own a John Deere tractor or two.
Got my daily chuckle!!! I live by the motto...if it can happen it will LOL Haymaking and planting are done, so now comes the catch-up/odd job portion of things. Time to get things cleaned and put away while making mental notes of needed parts and repairs. Doesn't seem to matter if you're a small farmer or large farmer...always things to do.
In solving one problem we often create another. Or even two more. Maybe three.
Good job destroying your fence expertly done
I gotta hand it to ya. You do always seem to stay busy. Take care.
Farming keeps yah busy... not only that plus his side equipment repairs.... the projects and in general everything he does... when you put all them hats on its work
Maybe if you didn't go beast mode on the Landoll the animals wouldn't be complaining.
them trees suck in the fence line when they die an fall over
