As an Icelander, I have thoroughly enjoyed your videos, they've been great to watch. A little bit about the geysers, the actual main geyser is named Geysir. That is where the word comes from :) That one doesn't erupt anymore, unfortunately, it used to and it used to be a lot bigger than the one that is now the main attraction, the one that you filmed. That one is called Strokkur.
Regarding all this hot water boiling up, that is what we use to heat up our houses and grow our vegetables in our greenhouses. We've used this hot water to become one of the most eco-friendly countries in the world. It does sound weird, given that we also have the freshest, ice-cold water in the world that flows through our rivers (yes, you can drink it, it's perfectly safe).
The name of the beer you drank "Boli" means "Bull" It's kinda the kids' version of the word, the most common word is "Naut" which also means bull.

You should be very happy to soak in the free hot spring, but ......in the subzero temperature, you are really brave,
The fountain is so beautiful, Iceland is a beautiful country, thank you for taking us to Iceland to travel!👍😃🙏
    免費的溫泉泡起來應該會特別開心,但在零下溫度下水,你真的很勇猛,
    噴泉好美,冰島是一個美麗的國家,謝謝你們帶我們去冰島旅行及分享!

Chris and Carol, thank you so much for showing us Iceland, looks absolutely amazing! My husband has been wanting to go to Iceland for awhile but I kept putting it odd thinking I only wanted to visit warmer climates😂 But I’m sold now after watching your videos🥰 I’m usually nervous in the water, but your snorkelling tour actually looked amazing, so I may just brave that too🤣 xx

Low budget traveling is or at least was possible in the past. I visited Iceland about 40 years ago and we did spend 3-4 weeks there. We were young students with little money and traveled by hitch hiking. That works somehow but needed time (what we had as students). We mostly slept in a tent and it was nearly everywhere possible (and allowed) to built up your tent. Nearly every little place with some houses had public pools with hot water to go swimming and most of the bigger public pools have had been free of charge. Finally we mostly just paid for the food, which we got from the super markets. We did some cooking on our own as well.
Having seen your great videos encourages me to visit Iceland again and especially in winter! This time for sure much more comfortable ;)

Boo Hoo 😭 The Iceland trip comes to an end! Loved every moment.I loved that you went in winter. It made it very magical and the contrast of the blinding white snow and ice with dark terrain was extraordinary. Also, fewer crowds. Amazing to see you snorkeling in crystal clear water and then dressed and walking in the falling snow. This series was one of your best adventures yet.

Great content and filming as usual. It does look beautiful and we are thankful to see Iceland through you guys. It is however not somewhere we can afford. We no longer drive and to make the most of Iceland a car is probably essential. Enjoyed the trip 'with you' and lookforward to future travels.

Watched the entire serie once more! Loved it 🥰 I forgot to tell you we ended up going to Silfra w/ Troll following this vlog and also went along your recommendation to Minilik and we loved it (I knew I would I’ve had Ethiopian and Eritrean food before but was a first for my husband 😊 🙏🏼👌🏼) we have seen Iceland in May and in August and it looks very different indeed you can walk along Guff Ross on the pass down and truly is sooo impressive you’ve missed Kerid crater which is really beautiful around golden circle now we are going late October/ beginning of Nov I bet it’s going to be so different once again! Iceland is just magical you can never be disappointed and there is always a next time I need to see this and that! I have plans for next 3 Icelandic trips … I hate cold weather but Iceland 🇮🇸 🫶🏼 …

Yeah, Jumping places. Good video about Iceland again. Cheers with the wine and Boli beer.
The geyser and temperature around to hundred degrees are interesting for the volcano activity in Iceland. One contradiction of high temperature with low temperature together in the same place. Really it is one challenger for travellers to arrive over there. Ok, enjoy the wine and beer between the ice and boiling water. Good luck.

Well, that was an interesting destination. I'm sure it would nit be my first choice for destination (I live in canada...we get enough cold) and they live on two tectonic plates (and I've watched too many disaster movies, I guess). Still, I loved all the things you loved, the ice cave, the cool multilevel waterfall...the hotsprings! Took a while to get used to not seeing you both in swimming gear because I've watched you a lot roaming the tropical beaches. I was glad you let me tag along vicariously. I may never get there but I've had a taste of their country. Tanks!
