    I agree, the 562xp rocks! This after much happiness with my pre-Rancher 450xp. lt still plays a role in my non-pro MI, primarily hardwood applications. Very tempting to upgrade the 450 to the 550xp! However, I found a 2005Jon CS2186 (basically a husq 385xp) and couldn't refuse making it right! We'll see how it goes... love the husqvarnas for sure!

    Do t count your granddaughters out. As a female I love cutting wood. I am 72 now and still cut logs for firewood. I need a more powerful saw but not too heavy. My saw just rams a little time getting through the larger limbs. I dont attempt the big trunks. I am 72 but still cutting and splitting firewood. I stacked three truck loads in a day. So don’t count the girls out. Lol.

      So true. My daughter is the same way. As soon as I’m cutting it. She’s chucking it. I feel like I can’t keep up with her. I’m 42, and my daughter is 21

    Autotune, does it play music, just kidding, ha ha ha!!! I hate adjusting low and high setting, gets frustrating!!! I haven't had a chainsaw in years, but I do need a chainsaw soon as we are buying a piece of land to build our home!!! Liked#2 and Subscribed!!! We are going to start a TH-cam channel too, and bring everyone on our Journey!!!

      That sounds great KJ, you are still in drawing for the other chainsaw drawing. The auto tune is definitely a plus.

    I have a g660. I used it all day once cutting firewood. Boy my forearms were killing me. It weighs as much as your 395. I also had a 24” bar on it.

      I know my arms would be jello if I had to haul 20lbs all day. But boy when you need the grunt, those 90cc saws are the trick.

    Hey John, will the auto tune adjust for a muffler mod? I would assume so but would hate to burn up that saw!!! She is probably pretty powerful bone stock...

      Yes Barry, the auto tune will adjust for muffler Mod and port work as well. I've been exploring muffler options, just haven't been impressed with anything I've seen so far

      Got a chainsaw question for you John... Can I run a 6 plug in a saw that had a 7 in it? I know the 6 is a little hotter but don't know if it's to hot. I have several Bosch WSR6F on hand and wondered if I could run them in all my saws.

    • @ourkentuckyhome771
      @ourkentuckyhome771  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Barry, the simple answer is yes, 6 vs 7 is only one temp rating higher. I would however be mindful lean operation, thus add fuel as needed. It may require a bit more gap to stop pre detention causing extra heat in the saw. I run Bpmr7a in all my saws down here in the south. When I was up north, I often ran #6 in the winter. I never had any coil problems with my husqvarna saws or Rotax 2 stroke engines running #6.

      @@ourkentuckyhome771 I might just switch to BPMR7A's or a quality equivalent so I can use the same plug in all of mine. I just checked and my biggest, an 80cc EFCO calls for a BPMR8Y. Would the 6 be ok in your opinion in place of an 8 if she is richened up more? Or just run 7's in everything?
      Chainsaws are a fun rabbit hole to fall into...

      @@barrygolden9823 I personally would run the 7 in everything. I don't concern myself with hurting mechanical portions of saw. I'd worry more about the coil delivering enough voltage to fire plug correctly.
