My 550 mk2 wasn't the greatest on hot starts when it was brand new. Problem totally went away away after getting a few tanks though it. One pull hot now every time.👍 Really love my 4 auto tune saws 592xp being my favorite. ❤
My 562 MK II woke up after putting a pipe on it. I know you dont like pipes. Throttle response is amazing, I run a 24" bar full skip chain. It will pull a full house chain. Full skip has been on sale lately, I stocked up. I run a 24-28 bar on just about all my saws. 400c wont pull a 28" well. Still run a 25" lightbar on it.
Yes I'm still cuttin with a MS311 the king of turdsaws . But I'm a happy boy and I love Boedys videos. I'll be glad to accept any and all donations to bring me up a notch though.
Hmmm hard to tell. I did run the mk2 down at my Husky dealer and i also brought my mk1 but my mk1 has the updated dish piston. I couldn't really tell a difference but we didn't time any cuts. I've never had the hot start issues with mine. It may take 2 pulls but ive never had to purge it or the hi idle thing to start it hot. I'm on the fence about getting a mk2 just not sure yet! Only about 3 tanks though it so probably not full broke in yet either.
It looks like its cutting damn good for a just out of the box saw. You will have to get 5 or 6 tanks through it before you can make an honest assessment of its capabilities. But looks like a nice saw in its cc class.
I just bought the 550xp mark2 and ots awesome i bet that 562 is a beast. I see on TH-cam about the muffler mods making them even more bad ass but im a little scared to chop and drill of a new saw that was this expensive ya know.

Good stuff. Just found this videos, I’m looking between a 460 rancher and a 555 not fully sure yet. I do light landscaping work.
My 555 is much better than a 460.
555 is 4 times the saw of a 460. The 562xp is on sale now for $722 at HL Supply

First impression seems decent👍🏻
Turn on the fast idle to hot start.
Hit the purge bulb a few times prior to hot restarts.
