Consider this. WM health insurance doubled their deductions this year up to almost $7000 for family. They cover only preventable care until you meet your deductions. That means any bloodwork. MRI, CAT, Xray, Ultrasound and ect WM insurance does not cover. You will be paying $400 monthly out of your pocket for yourself and your spouse + 100% any other bills for labs + any follow up visits $75.
None of that bothers me a bit. Very seldom do I go to the doctor if ever unless it's some kind of a major medical thing. I don't believe in all the drugs they hand out to everyone like pez candy and then in the end nobody gets healed they just become dependent on the drugs. Unfortunately the medical establishment has been hijacked like everything else in this country.
I'm thinking about putting in an application for the Grandview DC. Haven't heard much about the refrigeration freight side of things. Maybe even the Hermiston DC as well.
Next time I run up there for Grandview maybe I'll do a video on the experience. I guess I'm not a huge fan of refrigeration because you have to be unloaded at each location. They pay you so you make good money but to me it just seems frustrating not to keep moving like working out of Hermiston that's GM so most of it's drop and hook.

@@deltoro5346 I feel you I know that's possible. Fortunately for me I haven't had that experience in any way. I guess I was lucky enough to be living where I live to get a job at Walmart.
@KevinMejia-y6u well the fact is Walmart's not the best choice for everyone. Some people like things just a certain way and Walmart doesn't do it for them. Walmarts a good company to drive for. The only reason I did not drive for them is because they have no otr positions just local or regional. I was a long haul driver and driving short distances or to two to three stores just wasn't in the picture.
I'm pretty sure the only long haul they're doing is teams as far as I know. The regional's not bad at all that's what I do. I usually get about 2,500 mi in 5 days out here on the West Coast. What makes it nice is we mostly just drop and hook and if there is any loading or unloading it's done right away so there's no waiting around anywhere always on the move. You never know maybe Walmart will go solo with the OTR at some point so I would definitely check back from time to time.
