very helpful, thanks. But missed out to mention in Q4 - the cost such as travel of employees, courier cost, cost of team building activities, Team lunch/dinner, gitfs, on spot awards. thanks in advance for answering it.
Very nice and helpful session. Please check if you can also share something on PMO team's operations, Importance and the questions-answers for the interview.
Thanks for this video. I have one queey, while giving proposal to client, Sales team also give them a budget. Then only client will sign the deal. Later sales team will handover the project after awarded by client to project manager. So my question is why the Project Manager will do direct and indirect cost estimation again.
The budget provided by the sales team might be an initial estimate based on limited information. Project managers need to validate and refine this estimate based on a more detailed understanding of the project scope, requirements, and potential risks.

We will try
In technical delivery manager role , do we need to know project plans budgets project estimations etc...or it holds altogether different roles ?
I would say, yes, these are very basics in project management
