I've gotten into the habit of never installing more than two games on a system again. Always the two games that I want to play at the moment. That way I avoid having too many games to choose from, as I tend to jump from game to game or I can't decide because of the huge selection. I can then concentrate on the games that are there. It's always an short entertaining game and a "main game" that usually lasts longer, like a JRPG or something similar. I'm currently playing Ridge Racer Unbound and WrestleQuest.
That’s my biggest issue is installing so many games i never know what to play 😂
Ive been thinking about doing that. But all that money for the storage wouldve been a waste then 🤣 I „only“ have to force myself to play one game at a time. But it‘s hard sometimes.

I only buy one game at a time. Play it, beat it, then buy another. And i never look at deals. Just cause it's cheap, doesn't mean i should buy it. Buying a game at a time really keeps me from spending unnecessarily and keeps me actually committing to completing a game in a way that isn't oppressive. It's been great. Lol, no backlog for me. Try it out if you get that paralyzing feeling.

You need to play Balatro. It is hands down one of the best games I have ever played and it's so simple yet complicated at the same time. It's incredible!
Im scared to start it as I tend to get addicted to games like that 🤣

@@wilbyYT I bet it took you about 10 years to get all those good games. Iv'e got about 120 games from the Steam store & about 200 games on ps2 & ps3 emulators on deck. Man I love the Steam Deck so much & your awesome channel lol. Keep it up brother🤣

Right now, I'm currently playing Dying Light 2, the only game I have installed. This method really helps me focus on one game without having the urge to switch to a different one constantly 😂

I'm playing a lot of Wreckfest on my Deck. I've binned Emulation Station because I found it to be a bit buggy. I do more emulation on my phone.
Wreckfest is awesome! I played that years ago online with a friend!
Silent Hill 2 and 3 look and play way better with fan-made Enhanced editions, although installing them on Deck is a bit of a pain.
I need to check the enhanced editions out then. Thank you for your advice!
I made a spreed sheet of my backlog just in time for the summer sale. I have been going gang busters. Fallout NV & 3, witcher 3, GTA IV, AC odyssey and to cap it off, baldurs gate 3 🥰 not a steam deck guy byt i love your set-up

I have condemned criminal origins in my deck too! Haha actually one of the first games I bought for it. Now I’m just on the fence. Shall I buy an oled? I love my lcd one but the only thing I don’t like about it is the screen. Now I mainly play darker games, like condemned. Do they look a lot better on it? You know, with the deeper blacks.
I wish I could say that it‘s not making a huge difference. But it does. ESPECIALLY in darker games!
Nice video! I want to do something similar, showing off what's on my steamdeck but I can't get the camera angle I want even with a ring camera thing. How did you set this up if I may ask?
Thank you! I have an Elgato Solid Arm combined with the Flex Arm for that.
How do you get the emulated games in they own category in ya steam library?
I go into the desktop mode and open steam. There you can go in you library and create different folders.

Does the Bluetooth decky work for you? I'm on OLED and every time I try to start it I get an error screen.

How can you run Assassins Creed Black Flag?
Dealing with the Ubisoft launcher is a bit of a hassle. But after that, it runs without issues. What problem do you have?
@@wilbyYT Generally, the launcher asks for my password or login every time I start the game.
Furthermore, cloud saves cannot be synchronized via Ubisoft.
I love my OG deck! just bummed that we can’t play all games due to the anti cheat…that’s why I bought a PS5 🤦♂️
Yea, one of the rare Ls of the Steam Deck. Same here, I think the PS5 is the perfect console to got with the Deck!

@@wilbyYT Absolut! Ich liebe es auch Videos zu machen. Mein(!) Problem nur: Ich fange immer channels an und höre dann wieder auf,.... auch wenn es anfangs echt erfolgreich war. Ich hatte letztes Jahr z.B. ein einziges Video im Bereich Meditation gemacht auf einem neuen channel, welches alleine 600 subscriber und 30000 views gebracht hat.. und ich habe immer noch keine neues veröffentlicht :( Mache auch immer alles auf Englisch, lohnt sich einfach mehr. Sorry, war gerade zu faul alles in Englisch zu schreiben ;)

@@wilbyYT is it ok if we install triple A games to sd card? or do you have experiences any laggie or heat issue while played for hours in sd card games?
@@dananagoya5286 I haven't made the experience of longer loading times or lags myself. But there are some 1:1 comparisons out there that showed some slight differences!

@@dananagoya5286its fine, ive been playing forza horizon 4 on my 512gb sandisk ultra it runs flawlessly, note that the game loading may take a little longer like 10-15 seconds
