Sir, 1 sal tak mujhe knee pain ka problem tha maine apke exercise dekhe aur 15 days se chalu kiye abhi bahot accha feel kar rahi hu.mera dard to 90% kum ho gaya.abhari hu mai apki 🙏

First time I've watch it and I followed it feels good.... Especially the last part from the locking of hands... I have pain on my finger joints it feels better .. I'm gonna do this exercise....

Mai mulkay bruma mai rahti hon.
kafi arsa say mayray payron min shaded dard tha. Bahut say doctor say bhi ilajh kiya tha. Par kuch mufid sabit nahi huwe.
3 month pahlay mayray baytay nay mujhay is yoga ki video bataeye. Our mai nihayat pabandi kay sath arp ki video par bataeye gaeye tariqo ko rozana try karti hon.
Alhamdulillah mujhay bahut faeidah horaha hai. Is liyey mai dilojan say arp ka bahut bahut shariya ada karti hon.

It is really effective. My pain is really gone with this. Can you please do a better recording and better audio. It is hard to see and hear. It is so effective even now so focused recording will be 200% more effective!!
