Judge said nothing wrong about the autorickshaw overloading in particular area. It is neither derogatory to any community or to any nation.
All that is justified except the mark that the locality is in Pakistan and not in India. Only that portion of his statement or that particular phrase is derogatory.

His point is no law can be enforced in the area.. and officers will not be able to work... Definitely democracy katre mein hain...and on the other "colour clothes" I think he should not have made that comment... But those both lawyers were unable to answer to his questions....means there is some thing fishy (black money involved) which judge understood... Its difficult to see from taxpayer point of view which includes judges...
They have no better issues to be addressed

Considering such extraneous, unrelated and irrelevant remarks that the judges are making recently in the court proceedings, it is better for the SC to make it compulsory for all the judges to RECITE THE PREAMBLE OF THE CONSTITUTION before they resume their duty as being practiced in Karnataka Schools.
