Hardworking, dedication, on top of it one should have luck to succeed. God has made everyone's life beautiful but it's upto individual to take in right manner rather measuring success in terms of money.
Being a good lawyer is not by taking high degrees from the Foreign country ,but by regular discussions with the government at center to study the ages old law by the British of the country and change the law as per the requirement of the country .The lawyers studying abroad must have learnt how the law is and how the courts work and are not trying to become a side ruling party with the corrupt politicians to the elected Government .Jai Hind

Motivational speech super sir power of law ❤️
And you do very legal justice and judgement very clear that why l learning from you many things from you sir
Hope Mr. Chandrachud will bring in the much needed transparency in appointment of judges.... This collegium system is undemocratic and only encourages nepotism
I listen to him for his excellent and proficient English.
ADVOCATE SHOULD KNOW HOW TO PLEAD A CASE UNLIKE "NANDKUMAR JUDICIAL MURDER CASE " OF REAL LEGAL HISTORY OF INDIA IN A COURT BEFORE A JUDGE
Always love to hear this guy😊
He will fix everything to normal i believe.
He is not a puppet of any party
Though I am a teacher I am interested in watching the highcourt videos.he is suprb in his service.
Defend constitution and uphold truth above all
I know a guy who was preparing for civil services for 4 years (could not get through) he was a law graduate of 2019, he is the brother of a serving IPS and he decided to join litigation or law firm or chamber at high court delhi
You know what, he got himself placed at the chambers of a senior standing counsel at high court (his brother pushed his candidature and used his contacts with bar council of delhi)
Just like that
No experience
No internship
No nothing
An ordinary Candidate may never get such opportunities easily in his lifetime
One must have connections, with connections one can get placed at reputed place and hence can become a good lawyer bcz he worked with some best minds in the field
To become a good lawyer one must sit with the cream of lawyers to gain experience
Good Morning The most Honourable Chief Justice Mr
Chanderchud
Amezing personality Honorable CJI
Hardworking, dedication, on top of it one should have luck to succeed.
God has made everyone's life beautiful but it's upto individual to take in right manner rather measuring success in terms of money.
Justice not only to be done but should appear that justice is done to a common man
Justice vanakkam ji .🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🎊🎊🎊
Jahan se unki struggle shuru hoti hai, wahan pe humare sapne purey hotey hai ~ a first generation lawyer.
Is he a unbiased judge?? Thats a million dollar question..
I remember young graduate engineers used to write directly to Chief Engineers candidly on certain aspects only to be told to follow official channels.
I salute to you sir,I want to request to you sir reopen gujrat riots ,2002
Absolutely he should open , at least we all should know how Muslims burned a train of Hindus .Which they never talk about .
And one more thing , as a political student ,if Modi found guilty of that riot ,BJP will secure 400+ seats .
Formerly lawyers were Brahmins . Bold intelligent brave steps . No fear of politics and it's oppression and suppression . God bless you all abundantly . Save this super man under your wings .
Justice Chandrachud Sir.... Your post retirement life is going to be very cool.....as you won't get any appointments or RS seat. But you will be remembered for all the good reasons.
Advantage and Opportunity from Papa and Govt Papa, simple raja ka beta hi raja banega
Sir there is a proverb saying that good lier is a good lawyer and good reader is a good leader so to become a good lawyer should have good knowledge and knowledge is power it never fails, good lawyer have good eloquent so that he will be success in his field

After listening of our CJI's speech, I felt that I am not yet started my practice in proper manner.
Dr.Ramalingam, from Madras High Court.
Because it's the collegium who appoints Judges .. Not the democracy. Collegium appointment discussions also not made public keeping the citizens on darkness
I have never been expected this kind of behaviour from our chief justice of India, probably his lordship may change the judiciary system.
Sir CJI is a really amazing personality...
Really very valuable information Mr Cji sir
Do hard work, do not joking,,, so good prectice sytem working is lawyer so good best lawyer tkankyou
He will be remembered as one the greatest Indians who lived.
He is changing the lives so countless people who didn't have a voice including the gay community who has been suppressed by the government and the samaj constructs.
The Central Govt has no role in telling the Supreme Court on what should be done or not, it's not their duty, they should keep off of making India a desi version of Communist China where no dissent is allowed.
Chandrachud Sir is gonna make legacy !
I wish you have read the subject called Polity and the roles and duties of the executive, legislature and judiciary! Baseless and illinformed opinions are as useless as talking practically to a communist.
I presume you're not in law practice and would in all humility encourage you to read more and get a better perspective. There's a world of difference between being an above average jurist vis a vis one of India's greatest.
@@chivalrynvalour Well, this is where you're trying to strangulate my right to express and speech. I can say what I feel is right and apt, without anyone wanting me to opine as per their will.
I would demand you to back off and yeah, do learn that it's my fundamental right to say what I feel is right.
If you don't agree, you have the right to post your own comment than coming trolling down on my parade.
Take care.
@@abc_cba oooohhhhh you're having a meltdown over my exercise of the freedom of speech and expression and constructive criticism. Take a sip of your soy milk and cool off, if you will so please your majesty
I'm an ekalavya in the field of law. But i adore our Cji.
A lawyer or a judge is performing his duties if he ensures justice is NOT delayed. 40 million cases are pending and inordinately delayed or already justice denied. Rich advocates are getting dates and judgements in lightening speed .
collegium system is the main reason for lack of merit and ineffectiveness that has led to denial of justice ( delay = denial )
2 issues of Indian judicial system
u blame collegium system....compare it to upsc appointing criteria where so called "super smart " people fail when it comes to honesty. Atleast, collegium system is better in that respect.
After pursuing a case for last five years as petitioner, I hv realized the best lawyer is one who knows the art of takin adjournment easily.
You do hard work to provide justice to everyone
Lived an elite and privileged life then giving jnana to normal people
Respected and Honble CJI
Good morning And Happy Wednesday

The best cji ever in the history of indian highcourts
A judicial family background, good liasoning with judges& a muscle powered of BAR makes you a good lawyer without abilility
Amazing personality within you👏👏👏👍👍👍 Sir. We hope you will do something for society changing some black rules which is in your honour court. May God bless you and your family.
" Reading between the lines " has been proved by the Honourable C. J. I.
C. J. I. Sir. App. Barot. Ka. Bobbisho. Ho. God. Bless. You.. Many. Many. Thnks
Now a days district level judges are so corrupt. It's hard to get justice in local level specially due to powerful political face.
wow what a mesmerising speech by our honourable CJI DY Chandrachud!❤😂🎉 Thank you very much for enlightening us, regarding the actual role of our judges! very interesting points!❤🎉😅
Your.talking.power.is.immortal.

More important than becoming a Good Lawyer , it is imperative to stand Morally and Ethically to uphold the Tenets of Judiciary through the wings to deliver Equity of Justice in all its might and glory as because Injustice anywhere is a Threat to Justice everywhere , and we all are aware the credentials of those who makes Justice a mere mokery through their words of arrogance rather to deliver the essence of Justice through actions.
All that glitters is not gold .
