I'll tell how to CHECK MATE Waqf.. Make a Hindu board like waqf and give it those powers that it can claim any land and they don't have to notify it's owner and the onus of proving the ownership lies with previous owner. THEN CLAIM ALL OF INDIA UNDER THAT HINDU BOARD. CHECK MATE!!!
It's doable to an extent. But when the fight reach court and ask for archeological evidence, just like the oldest Sanskrit writings were found in Syria, some ancient different culture come up in radar, that will checkmate this.

If ASI starts excavating then all structures will come under Hindu Board.
A similar thing happened to Lal Kila and Qutub Minar so much so that ASI was asked to stop and Supreme Court gave a stay order on all further ASI inspection of Islamic structures.

Advocate seems unprepared. Otherwise every notification is backed by documentry proof. Notifications aise hi issue nahi hoti.

Since they r not achieving that they started shifting goals by protesting against waqf land law.
