I feel sorry for the innocent doctors. I would put their safety at work a high priority. These doctors should be given a highly secured room with CCTV caramas insulted in and outside the perimeter area with a government guard on duty 24/7 watching the area. Woman doctors should be given separate sleeping rooms with toilets inside their sleeping quarters so that they don't get victimized by their male doctors. The time of all lady doctor for sleeping and eating should be documented. These should be given a lunch room in their sleeping quarters. The lady doctor s doctors should not be sleeping alone in their sleeping quarters and should be sleeping in groups then being alone during the night shifts especially. All the problems could be solved if the Health Minister could implement them in the health system. This is not rocket science for them it is a matter of safety.😊
