I didn't get a chance to do this yesterday as I went to a Yin class (it was incredible), but I'm planning on doing days 6 and 7 today! It never really would have occurred to me to try Yin, Cat, if I hadn't read about it on your blog! But wow. I'd been doing hip openers and stretches in my home practice, as I always seem to have such stiff hips but the two hip Yin postures we did (pigeon and frog) which were held for four minutes felt so much more effective than any of the other stretches I have ever tried. I'd usually only hold those for about 15 seconds each. Those extra minutes while painful do so much for getting into the joints and creating that sense of space.
Thank you for helping me to discover new styles of yoga! xx

I love love love this class, has done it 4 or 5 times in the past two weeks while my baby is sleeping in the morning. I love that it's a little challenging. I feel very empowered after the "running out" in lunge position. Gives so much energy✌️

in my vinyasa practice once you move from neutral (W1) to open (W2) you didn't came back to neutral next, so if you like to do W3 will work better to do it after W1... in my opinion!
apart from this great practice! Namaste :)

Thank you! you are very beautiful and are wonderful with your flows. The warrior series was getting hard on my legs; I really felt the burn. That was really fun! You're doing a great job instructing online.

Catching up as I fell a day behind, this is such a lovely flow. I struggled with the one on day 4 but this was much more my cup of tea! Definitely going to save it and repeat it on some of the days like you said. Thank you for taking the time to put together this series I love it! Xx

I'm in the Army, and this is some quick savage shit. Doing some real warrior shit tomorrow, so I'll do this bright and early. Thank you.

You need to read The Eight Limbs of yoga. Your use of thr word "shit" does not go hand in hand with the peaceful discovery that the yiga journey gives. Words have power. I recommend speaking words of kindness, sincerity, compassion, this is the way forward onto an enlightened path and your yoga practice with deepen. Why follow the masses with low vibrational words like shit when you can say something like, I will wake up bright and early to deepen my yoga practice. You are what you speak.

@@Waterislifelife buddy you need a damn chill pill. Words have the meaning I GIVE THEM. That was used in a positive context.
