I filmed this on my Canon E 80D with the Rodelink filmaker kit. I didn't need lights for this video, but when I do, I use these studio lights - goo.gl/2Wft41
Wow, that was a tougher 10 minutes than I expected. Fantastic! Thanks so much :-)
Cat, I’m incredibly grateful to you for this incredible strength-building class! It has not only helped me to strengthen my legs, but to practice mindfulness too! See you on the mat! Namaste😃🙏
Me to! I feel focus and there's no way than be in present :D thank you Cat!
Oh what a surprise, when you said "let's do it again' I could feel my body object but my mind stayed with it. Loved it. xxx
That was perfect! Had just enough time to fit it in before shower and running out the door :) Woke me right up and I'm ready for my day! Thank you again, you're my go-to youtube yogi when I need a flow to follow
Forever grateful for you and the content you share with us. My favourite yogi on TH-cam 💖💖💖
Did the first round with weights! Phew!! 😅🤣 Great one with both strength and balance! ✨🦋✨
Yikes. Brutal. I will make this a regular part of my routine.
🔥🔥🔥 i feel every muscle in my legs and feet! loved it, thanks cat! ❤️
So good for my legs! I am a mountain runner, so my hip flexors/butt/calves appreciate this work :)
Didn't expect that but my hips are thanking me for it! Loved it! Thanks Cat as always. Namaste.
Well, that was certainly more than I was expecting. Hello legs!!!
Cat and friends, I made a mistake by running 2.5 miles before doing this. LOL! This was a WORK. OUT. I was struggling to keep my balance. Loved it though. 10 out of 10 will do again. Work, queens!
Great session, some yoga music in the background would fit :)
Excellent!!!!
Thanks, again
Thank you
Great for an afternoon pick me up! ThanKs:)
so nice, but a little too hard for me in the end! Training goal for next year!
wow this was amazing, will definitely be dong it regularly
Thanks :)
Yoga flows at its best.
Ah, there are my calves. I'm sure they'll thank me later. Nice one, Cat!
This is a really challenging flow for me, but I'm up for the challenge! But I'm struggling a lot with balance... any tips on how to get the balance just right in these poses?
Amazing, legs are feeling very challenged!!! 😀
This is my first time trying this one. My ankles were hurting/sore
Wonderful! Thank you :-)
Painfully amazing!
Intenso equilibrio... Namaste 🙏🌸🇦🇲 Cat yoga.
Before I even begin I know I'll love this session with you...
I love your video ❤️but could you make the lighting better
Powerfrul Cat!
Hey Cat, I love your flows.... I was wondering, could you do a yoga flow for someone coming back from knee injury please? I feel like I lost all my balance and flexibility :(
That would be fabulous. I lost my patella and find there are so many things that are off kilter now
I definitely don't have the flexibility for this sequence 🙃 I tried my best, hopefully next time I'll fall less lol
I struggle with being really un-flexible!
Namaste
feel like warmup should have been mentioned more...
Alright nope nope not today. I have 15 min before going to work and I feel like this flow is going to take a lot of retake. Nope next time
I didn't like it at all. What did I actually exercise? Ah legs, well the flaw you shown wasn't good for knees for sure, and doing the same twice is boring. I'm going to unsuscribe from this channel. And I think you miss all the meaning of yoga - yoga is not about fancy clothes and showing off how stretch you are and how easy you can get to the pose without using a block. Yoga should be humble. Please go learn it first then teach people.
"Yoga should be humble" -- if you don't like this flow, you could humbly find another one instead of trying to tear someone else down.
@@JS-ev5ox , it's true and always strange (but rare) to see complainers and know-it-alls on free yoga channels.
