Hi Duong, what kind of strap do you have (there are a few diff types)? Do you have a single loop or double loops? If you need more range of motion and resistance an easy fix you can try is to hold the ropes instead of the strap. Hope that helps!
Thanks mate, a nice recovery-mobility workout. FYI, for me, the audio would only play on the right side using headphones, sounded fine not using them. Cheked other vids vs yours and it was definately this vid = mono. Cheers, Mike

Truly feel good, real good workout - workout every muscle in a therapeutic way without too much strain and still felt the burn but everything felt good maybe because of the stretching involved 🫶🙌Thank you, I was expecting it to be less pleasant as it says intermediate + 40 minute and every minute was worth it
