    So grateful for your content I really enjoy your training. If there’s one thing I can give for constructive criticism is to cut the time in between workouts, Maybe explain as you are doing the first example instead of pausing to explain, and then doing the first example so subscribers like me can jump right into the workout rather than always waiting. Other than that, thank you for your content! ❤

    Question.. my reformer pad is significantly longer than yours.. I’m not by any means short legged, I’m long legged actually. But I cannot each even half way to the shoulder blocks like you do for lots of movements..

    So....is your back suppose to constantly crack and pop all over while doing the plank /spike portion 😂.

      So to become a member TH-cam does not show it on your phone, only on a desktop or laptop. If you login on your computer and go to my homepage you will be able to see “join” at the top of the screen. If you don’t have a computer or laptop you have to go to TH-cam on your web browser, if you use chrome click the 3 buttons on the bottom right, scroll down and click “request desktop site”. If you use safari, pull up TH-cam, click the AA on the bottom left corner, scroll down and click “request desktop site”. If you go to my page my homepage then you’ll be able to see join.
      They don’t make it easy on your phone. I hope this helps!

    Some exercises were more complex than hard, I got confused
