the weird little plastic thing on the review mirror is for when people have their high beams on behind you you flip it down so you wont get blinded from the light.
A camry for a rental car is amazing, Usually after an accident they would give you a cheap sentra or something

A lot of the time CarPlay and Android are disabled by the rental car companies. Try pressing the projection button and if nothing happens the feature has definitely been disabled. Camry has come standard with CarPlay since this generation came out in either 2018 or 2019, I can’t remember.

@@e70_x5_guy4 I’ve had it happen once or twice. Actually, my grandpa’s brand new Elantra had the feature disabled when he bought it. He had to take it back to the dealer and they were like “yeah, this was supposed to be a fleet car.”

This is actually the XV70. XV50 was the previous gen (pre facelift from 2012 to 2014 and facelift from 2015 to 2017)

16:30 😂 so dumb. Anyone with common sense knows not to violently yank the steering wheel at 60+. If something jumps out, stay straight and panic brake. The worst thing that can happen is, front end damage. If you violently yank the wheel, you are much more likely to be badly injured or killed in the ditch or hit something else.
I mean that would make one less Camry on the road in that case

geeez I have the exact same car, but very minimal road noise. that car sounds sooo much louder than mine. I actually thought the tire noise was a helicopter or something at first. but the tires on mine look different. they are still the originals with 32k miles.

My younger cousin has a 2022 Camry se nightshade awd white with black interior with lots of options, but no heated seats, built in navigation (he hooks up his phone and maps go on the screen), passenger power seat, back seat headrests don't move up/ down, and I don't see air vents on the back seat.
Every Camry from this generation lacks fog lights which come handy for night drives or foggy weather which my car has.
It has apple CarPlay I have the same car

camry is reat but they needed to upgrade the tech, for a 2021 mid trim you should get the push buton to start the engine and all that stuff instead of having to get the xse for that

@@The_unknownuser256 average American does 12K miles a year, this car just turned 2 years old that’s 24K miles at a average. This car is almost double that in realistically a year and a half.

Used to have 2012 toyota camry se and have way much better package than now. Sunroof, push start, fully loaded.
That’s what I’m looking to get next, a 12-14 Camry SE with push start, heated seats, nav etc…..they are great cars

I have a question… so I bought the exact same one and as soon as I turn on the car It beeps( not the horn) 10 times but sometimes it varies it can beep 1-3 times but I don’t know what it is ? Does anyone know what it might be?

no I thought it was that too but I turned it on with having my seatbelt on and it still beeped

I actually wasn’t, which was odd considering I always have it on unless I’m going down the street or something but I’m still fine. Had a sore shoulder for a couple days. Funny thing the car is on copart and In one of the pictures the rear view mirror is all crooked and broken it’s from my shoulder slamming into it at 45mph lol 😂
