    Kisi bi baat pe overthinking krta hu fir ghabrahat hone lgti h heartbeats tez hojati h in increasing order... Ptani ye kyu horha h mujhe but I feel exercise in sunlight + healthy food and sleep will fix this issue.. And this is not a small disease it can kill a person his brain will start recognising negative and suicidal thoughts Please guys bindaas jiyo vrna jeena mushkil hone lagjaega.. I've a solution Agar aapke man me ichha aaye kch krne ki to don't think too much just do it vrna jabtk vo kaam nhi hoga ap overthinking me ghuste jaaoge and anxiety attack aajaenge trust me! agar ek baar apkr dimag n kehdia h ki ye kro to bs ab krna h, kyu nhi krna hai ye nhi ana chiye dimag me.. I'm typing this comment and I'm feeling really well because My mind is busy in building new lines for the paragraph and it reduced my ghabrahat and anxiety keeping urself busy will murder this disease trust me

    Well, The instant cure for anxiety is to understand the fact that there are infinite amount of possible outcomes in this universe and our brain only thinks of a handful . A bad outcome can become the means of a good outcome in the future. Just like that a good outcome can become the means of a bad outcome. For example, you lost your job (bad thing). But then you got a new job which is better ( bad thing led to a good outcome.) It's an endless cycle. So just go with the flow and don't think about it . 😄 Goodluck.

      Yes brother now I am feeling good ,I started to medical treatment along with physical exercise ,and meditation .
      I had gernalised anxiety disorder (GAD) ,I am actually medical student so I went to my physicarty department.
      Now approx everything is fine

    Mai 2 years se death anxiety awr Illnesses anxiety se suffer kar rahi hun..har cheez se dardar kar boht stress mai chali gayi hun
    Ab mera without any reason heartbeat fast hoti hai , chest pain aati hai
    Dctr se check up karwaya tho pata chala ke mera heart' beat 107 hai
    Awr dusra kuch prblm nahi
    Ab is cheez se awr zyada boht darr gayi hun ..
    I'm totally in stress 🥺🥺

    Dr ke pass jao vo SSRI MEDICINE dege vo time par lo uske sath exercise yoga meditation karo Bas
    Aur ji bhi though aate hain aane do aake thode time main nikl jate hain
    Usme h Tum bar bar sochoge ki ye thought aati hai toh kabhi thik nai hoge.. time lagta hai but thik ho jata hai nd CBT, ERP Therapy lo jaldi thik hoga… main bhi issme se bohot jaldi bhar aaya hu koi tension lene ki baat nai hai time sab thik kar deta hai… thode bohot dawai ke side effects bhi hote hai iske liye roz exercise karni chaiye Aur gharka khana kahne ka diet karo Bas sab thik hoga jaldi… ye OCD, ANXIETY ye sab logo ke liye hai follow karo jaldi thik hojao ALL THE BEST

      Agar khana sahi time pe nai khaya or nind kam karne ki wajah se .... acidity bad jati hai....
      Fir wo acid ghumta hai pure body mei.
      Brain mei b jata hai ...ulte sidhe khayal aate hai ....aise mei Mei toh OMEZ-DSR leta hu aaram mil jata hai
