CyRide - Preventable, Yes or No?

As part of the training for the Safety Committee, we made some videos of previous accidents and the arguments that the drivers made regarding preventability. These were made in about 1986, but the drivers involved had graduated and moved on. Quality is poor due to the camera ability at the time and the transfer from VHS to digital.
