So let me get this straight, they can force you to put a breathalyzer in your 500 dollar Ford Taurus but one doesn’t come standard on a 100 million dollar jumbo jet???
Russia has been behind America for 5-10 years in tech, fashion, military, computer science, etc.

I once went on an organized trip to Moscow and St. Petersburg. On the transfer from Moscow to Saint Petersburg the travel agency gave us the choice between traveling by train all night or flying in a Tupolev with Aeroflot. Out of 25 people, I was the only one who chose to fly. 😂
We took the St. Petersburg/Moscow Bullet Train! It was great. First class, food, booze, attendants - took under 3 hours.
@@tootsla1252 Great! My trip was in 2006, and this bullet train didn't exist then.

Those are two of the best pilots working for Aeroflot Nord? I cringe to think who are the worst in this airline? No sterile cockpit environment, definitely attrocious cockpit resource management skills by the captain, add to that drunk like a skunk? I guess the worst ones working for Aeroflot Nord are flight school dropouts
Aeroflop has had this issue for years, and don't do anything to fix it. Russian pilots are some of the worst pilots in the world. I've heard plenty of conversations between Kennedy Steve and an Aeroflop plane, where it's glaringly obvious the captain had been drinking. The Soviets were awful planebuilders, and the Russians are no better. I'm rather glad they're not allowed in American airspace any longer.

The wife of the co-pilot of the Boeing 737 flight, Riana Allaberdina, came to Perm from Ufa on September 14 for commemorative events. For the first five years after the tragedy, she flew to the capital of the Kama region every year. This year, the Allaberdins gathered here with almost the whole family. They maintain relationships with loved ones of other victims. And they still don’t believe the official version of the cause of the plane crash. Riana's husband Rustam Allaberdin, an experienced pilot, had a total flight time of more than nine thousand hours.
“Basically, the investigation simply attributed everything to the “human factor”: insufficient training of crew members, the inability of the aircraft commander to correctly determine the direction of the roll, lack of spatial orientation,” Riana told 59, ru. - They also talked about the presence of alcohol in the blood of the ship’s commander. In general, we were not informed enough and were not allowed to listen to the flight recorders.
The woman does not believe the version that commander Rodion Medvedev was drunk, since the entire crew is checked before the flight.
“It’s always easier to blame the dead, but we also need to take into account the malfunctions of the aircraft. There were two defects, one of them was the repeated shutdown of the autothrottle in flight, which the crews of this ship constantly complained about, recalls Riana. - That night, the dispatcher sent the plane to make three turns before landing, which indicates an emergency situation on board and a malfunction of the airliner.
Rustam wanted to become a pilot from first class, recalls Riana. He purposefully walked towards his goal, from his youth he was involved in parachuting, entered the Buguruslan Flight School, and graduated from the Ufa State Aviation Technical University. For many years I worked on flying hours on small planes, mastered English to improve my skills, relearned how to fly a Boeing in Moscow, and trained in Germany.
“His son followed in his father’s footsteps; now he is studying at the Ulyanovsk Institute of Civil Aviation named after Chief Marshal of Aviation Bugaev to become an air traffic controller,” says Riana. - We fly on airplanes, despite the grief we have suffered. I think the plane is still the safest means of transportation. My daughter flies the most; she travels a lot. I would also like to add that the children were incorrectly accrued a pension from the Social Insurance Fund in Arkhangelsk, where Rustam was insured against accidents. The amount is quite large, we filed a lawsuit, but to no avail. They also confiscated the pilot’s book from us on receipt and said that they would return it in a month, but we never saw it.

Maybe he got drunk during the flight?
One passenger noticed it
I think he was more hungover than intoxicated (which has similar effects on both speech and performance). Probably why no one smelled it on him and the copilot didn't figure it out. Would also explain the cranky attitude.

It’s not just Russian pilots that are drunk, a longtime flight attendant friend advised me years ago not to fly early am because some pilots were very hung over or still drunk. In America.
In Russia, plane fly you!
I flew Aeroflot in the mid-90s. The flight was short and took place during the day. Still,. I was very concerned that my company had booked me on it. Luckily, the flight was routine, with a normal takeoff and landing. After watching this video, however, I guess I should be thankful that I survived.

In the very first report immediately after the crash, the director of Aeroflot-Nord told the truth; I have never heard such a version anywhere else. He was asked about the reasons: was there a terrorist attack or was there no terrorist attack? He shrugged his shoulders and said: “You yourself understand, there is no crater from the impact, there is nothing.” There are not even fragments of chairs left... What does this mean? There was a factory there. I think it's like a plane being hijacked. The Boeing was heading to the factory. Why didn't they sit down right away? Allegedly, the pilot was drunk... People were too crazy to drink during the flight and not land the plane. The railway remained intact, no damage from the “impact”. Why? Only debris fell along the way. All poles and all wires are intact. If the plane had crashed, he would have collected all these pillars in a pile. Just fragments fell. A drunk Russian! Who’d have thought it!
Turns out they had more than one 'attitude' problem on the Aeroflot!
Ayyyyyyo!
First case: So those were their "best pilots". Hmmm....
This reminds of how air travel was in the 1960’s.
was the plane you used a 738 with 735 screens? everything else is the same, can't find an image on google like that.
I haven't seen or read anybody complaining about this video! Obviously, it would make people angry if this was a re-uploaded video. I haven't watched this channel in a while. Have the re-uploaded videos stopped? I sure hope so!!
Aeroflot was for many many years considered the worst airline in the world with a safety record so bad, that it was a standing joke, tho not so much a joke, that u needed to make sure to have ur life insurance up to date, if u had to fly Aeroflot.
They inched away from the bottom of the list, but given how theyve been flying the last couple of years in stolen aircraft and no new spare parts, they should probably be in consideration for that undesirable rating again.
What "stolen aircraft"?

With the first one, all of the other excuses were Bu&& Sh$$, The first and only reason should be the pilot was DRUNK!!!!
These airlines and, of course, the pilot unions want nothing more than to blame it on everything but pilot issues!!!

I’m glad Russian/Soviet air travel has improved. It used to have a god-awful reputation.
All alcoholic beverages should only be served if your plane is going down..
Why isn't the Co pilot helping and taking over??

Why You uploads old videos again and again
😮😩😩😩😩😩😭 RIP Too All That Perished Sad
Reupload just make me no want watch any video from this channel anymore
And the diference between Russian attitude indicator and the western (in that case the 737) one…. They work with inverted logic from one another
Yeah. The western one moves the horizon, and the Russian moves the aircraft .Thus when banking left, the western makes the Russian think he's banking right because the horizon is moving to the right compared to level. In truth, the Russian seems more intuitive. Because it show the aircraft banking left with regards to level. But once used to one or the other, it can be difficult to adapt in a high stress situation. Western pilots are just lucky they never really have to adapt to Russian.
So many lost souls. RIP
Just how they drive , so they fly...

Before y'all comment "STOP REUPLOADING", remember, he's reuploading for those who haven't already seen it.
No. He's reuploading because the channel has clearly been sold and the new creator is lazy. The original owner used to comment. Ain't been a comment from the channel in months since these reuploads started
that's a sad excuse, unacceptable for a channel with 1.4M subs, at least a channel with 1K subs makes new stuff. simply unacceptable
Quit whining
Those who have not seen it can watch the original episode it is still available! Re-upload is only okay if there are new details or significant improvement in the simulation!

You can hardly understand what they are saying. For crying out loud, ALL pilots from different countries, must learn the English language! They should have a good command of English to be able to communicate clearly.
This pilot was awful. Poor people, they all lost their lives for having an
inefficient captain. smh
WHY is an AMERICAN Plane(Boeing 737-500) Flying for AEROFLOT (Aeroflot-Nord) Airlines???
Russian plane are less reliable so they use American and European planes
Russian airliner also had many Western aircrafts
Why are they saying f*CK so often? I don't think that any other pilots curse like that!
One was drunk and the other was scared.
It's a snowflake test.
Yes they do
another re upload, you could have at least put it in MSFS2020, at least there i could have said you updated it but nothing different from the old one, just different cuts

In the second story, no wonder I don’t fly at all. It is always pilot error when an airplane crashes. If it is not always, most of the times. Flying is not for me. I don’t know why I have this phobia of flying but I do, can’t help it watching this channel. Smh 🤦♀️
May all who perished, Rest in Peace always 🙏💐
Low quality re upload
so they say the pilots were the best they had,, well thats why there flying a 737 500 and not a new gen 737 8😂 and drunk.

The first article in Google about drunk pilot:
United Airlines pilots Brady Grebenc (left) and Carlos Licona are pictured as they leave Paisley Sherrif Court in Glasgow after being freed on bail. The two pilots were arrested in Scotland on suspicion of being under the influence of alcohol as they prepared to fly a passenger plane to the United States.
And why here recall the myth of drinking Russians, bears and balalaika if it happens everywhere ? Although according to statistics, in England, USA, France, and Germany drink much more
Bloodgroup: Vodka
Aeroflop. Need one say more.
It's actually not a bad airline, they've really cleaned up their act over the years.
@@SwapBlogRU I'm sure they were trying hard up until February 2022. Who knows how things are developing now.

“My Olya was a force majeure girl”
Vasily Kuchma speaks with pride about his Olenka, who was a flight attendant on the tragic flight. Support and hope for parents. She was 25 years old.
- This year we will not be able to come to Perm. Now we live in Kostomuksha in Karelia. We came on the fifth anniversary of the disaster, in 2013. The wife called the relatives of flight attendant Yakovleva. We talked with the family of another Boeing passenger,” says Vasily Kuchma. - When I come to Perm to that place, it’s hard for me, there are a lot of memories.
Vasily Kuchma speaks categorically about the causes of the tragedy - this is not a “human factor.”
- There were many versions. We were there ourselves and saw the place where the plane fell. We do not agree with the official version,” emphasizes Vasily Kuchma. “Nobody really knows what was going on on board.” How is it that they flew and flew and fell? There is a video recording from a camera from a nine-story building, which first shows the flash. What does this mean? The plane did not fall; they helped it fall.

No.
Doubt
No one gives a shite.
Don't they give pilot breathalyzer before every flight?
Don't forget that Russia is corrupt as hell, every signature has a price there.💰
No
Besides, the party can start in flight, can't it?🍷
@@ilsavv my dad was a ww 2 pilot flying transports all over europe--he said they passed the bottle all the time usually so one guy could sleep--they were always over worked
@@mtsky-tc6uw Looks like liquor was on the military pilot supply list, among other necessities.
This is my first dislike on this channel. I cannot believe you guys stop paying attention to quality.
huh? Great and accurate video...
@@OldGlaseye-gf7si exactly. The simulation was done well and we got to hear the actual pilots talking. Can't ask for more.
