CyRide - Last Trip of Bus 863 - March 5, 1987

Tim Baldrige was the driver and had the enjoyable task of making the final trip with Bus 863. Tim started at CyRide as driver in MONTH, YEAR. He wandered off into another job but returned to CyRide where he is still employed as of the date this video was put on TH-cam.
Bus 863 was the last bus operating of the 12 vehicles purchased by the City in the original CyRide (1976-1981). It was purchased new in 1978 and used on fixed routes in its early years when a minibus was adequate to meet the ridership demand. In its later years, it was used by the mobile dispatcher to assist late buses and resolve operating problems.
