Both bevel weight and crease are used to control the appearance of edges in a mesh, particularly when using subdivision surface modifiers. However, Bevel weight is used to control the width of beveled edges when using the Bevel modifier, while crease controls the sharpness of edges when using subdivision surface modifiers, allowing you to maintain hard edges in your model.
