    We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.
    Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.
    We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

    I really recommend this video to anyone suffering from bloating or just want a simple exercise to follow. I did these exercises for just 3 days and I lost 3 pounds. I felt lighter, better mood, slept good, and my digestion improved. Thank you

    THANK YOU. I was discouraged last night after doing the exercise twice before bed. Instinctually, I believe there is a lot of stuck energy and painful emotions, so I knew I was one of the people you mentioned that would need to repeat it before seeing any effects. This morning, I felt a lot of heat near my upper back and arms. My armpits are sweating 😁 When have I ever been excited for sweat?! Also, historically, I don't sweat. This makes me doubt that I'm lifting/exercising properly if I'm at the gym. It can be 70° and I won't feel warm like other people, especially in my hands or feet. I think this all may be related to the decades I was afraid to be myself and certainly didn't feel safe to express myself in any way, really. Even as a 30-something adult today (ok I can say 38 lol)...thank you for being here. I've been constipated and I know things need to be released. Verbally, I just can't get myself to do it yet so if I can physically, then I'm here for it! 🙌🏼

    I realize this is for lower GI tract, though I am looking for something to help with my upper GI tract motility - but this made me feel so good and relaxed me so much that I did it anyway and it was awesome! Cheers :)

    Will it be possible for you to give advice for paroxysmal positional vertigo( bppv) there is the Epley maneuver therapy but it didn’t work for me! Can you help with this please thank you so much ( your technique for the digestion work for me, so I have confidence in your approach,
