Jinx's rocket launcher is a shark with a black, scar-like detail on its left eye. Silco is a man with a black scar on his left eye who loved sea monsters. Jinx was making the weapon for Silco. She wanted to make it something he'd really like. Shit like this, along with the coffee mug she had made for him (you can see it on his table in many shots) really makes their relationship feel grounded and real - a genuine father/daughter-relationship, toxic and harmful as it might've been.

It's so crazy how they portrayed villains in here, and especially Silco. He's not that run of a mill villain that you'd see in other shows and movies. It really got to me when he said "I never would have given you to them, not for anything" or "you're perfect". It just shows that he saw Jinx as an actual daughter and truly loved her in a sense that she's perfect the way she is, and was loyal to that fact and can be said the same for Jinx. They really made us emotionally attached to these villains. I honestly can't wait for Season 2.

It's already many years after jinx fully took over and jinx created many chaos on piltover. I hope they would create jinx redemption/healing arc even if it's not on season 2 maybe in future seasons? If there is. ♥️😭

Vander was responsible for the death of Powder's parents by starting a war. Silco killed Powder's new father for betraying him. Powder killed Vi's brothers. Vi rejects Powder, creating Jinx. Silco adopts Jinx. Silco tries to kill Powder's sister, so Powder kills Silco. Then Jinx kills Powder. Now Jinx is starting the war. The same war that got her parents killed. It's all a cycle and it's magnificently done.

Vi was causing jinx more harm than good, mentioning her dead friends and. . .vander just harms jinx and is basically a trigger for her trauma, silco knows jinx, her pain and her past and I truly believe and we have seen that he will shoot vi to silence her because she's hurting jinx. Silco (who was the only one who loved her current self) dying was basically her last stretch. . .and by that powder was truly gone its jinx now. And I am not sure why you wouldn't hate Silco, sure he is a great character, but he is a drug lord, and runs a criminal organization that is filled with child labor or child slavery, and has been responsible for hundreds of deaths, including corrupting Powder and turning her into a murderer and terrorist.

@@teraxe Vi was just hurting Jinx. Jiinx has Delirium derivated from PTSD and not schizophrenia. she associates the guys to hurtful feelings (Mylo to self doubt as example) so mentioning them in a stressful situation only trigger her. she needs time and a long process of healing far from any trigger to process this feelings.
And repeting she do not have schizophrenia, "Jinx" and "Powder" are one and the same she only forces the distiction to cover her insecurities

@@teraxe There was no powder to begin with, if she didnt die during the day Vi left her. She died when she was baptised by Silco. Jinx deserves to die just as much as Silco, so picking justifications on morality are moot at this point. Jinx has killed more people then could be justified. But back on topic, Silco knows Jinx better then she herself did. Because he was the one who raised her (call it manipulation, call it family. But it cant be denied that you tend to borrow habits and mindsets from the people that raised you. As a result, the people who raised you tend to know what hurts you because it hurt them in the past)
Vi was crying out for a powder that didnt exist, even if Jinx wanted her to exist. Jinx even fooled herself thinking she could bring "old powder" back. But she is a product of the past, not seperate from it. How can you go back knowing what you know now? Jinx was torturing herself by trying to latch onto powder when being her old self made her feel worthless, and would ultimately feel like she wasnt being herself anymore.

About the creature hanging from the ceiling in the finale - SPOILERS WARNING
    .
    .
    .
    .
    .
Creature shown is supposedly Warwick, who is an in-game character/champion that was created by Singed (the mad scientist from the show).
    His description from LOL lore:
Warwick is a werewolf that is ''drawn to blood, and driven mad by its scent. None who spill it can escape him''.
Uncaged Wrath of Zaun: Though many think of Warwick as no more than a beast, buried beneath the fury lies the mind of a man - a gangster who put down his blade and took up a new name to live a better life. But no matter how hard he tried to move on, he could never escape the sins of his past.
Memories of that time come to Warwick in flashes before they're inevitably lost, replaced by searing echoes of the days he spent strapped to a table in Singed's lab, the mad chemist's face looming above him.
His world a haze of pain, Warwick could not recall how he fell into Singed's grasp... and even struggled to remember a time before the suffering began. The scientist patiently carved into him, installing pumps and hoses to inject chemicals into his veins, seeking what an alchemist always seeks: transmutation. Singed would reveal his subject's true nature--the deadly beast hidden within a "good man".
    .
So the possible SPOILERS part is: The body that Singed is been experimenting on, that ultimately becomes Warwick, is supposedly Vander's body, as it is hinted at that Warwick=Vander from his LOL lore description that almost matches Vander's character in the show as well as:
-from the show: Vander is known by ''The Hound of the Underground''
    -from the game: Warwick has very specific voice lines to both Jinx and Vi ;
to Jinx: "You were there, let me forget"
to Vi: "The fear in your eyes, I've seen it before" - "Who taught you how to punch?"
-from the lore: "Warwick struggled to recall a single memory from his past... All he could see was blood. But then he heard a little girl screaming. Screaming something he couldn't understand. It sounded like a name." - this could be a reference to the finale of Act 1 between Powder and Vi.
    .
    .
I'd say its about 99.9999999999% that its Vander=Wawrick, it just makes sense as to why they Ned Stark'd my man so early.
    LETS FUCKIN GO!!!

What do you mean crappy father?? He gave her everything a child in her situation needs! Including a coping mechanism of dealing with her mental issues. He helped her overcome her distress and made her strong while caring endlessly for her. He was there when she needed him. He essentially changed who he was and his point of view on life because of the way she changed him for good! Silcos character development is by far the best out of the whole show! Its sudden but solid and heartwarming! He had issues, his flaws and did bad things but deep inside because of love and care towards Jinx he changed and not for his own good, but for hers! It is said that a father isn't a father from the moment his child is born, but rather from the moment he holds the child in his hands! And this goes perfectly for Silco ever since episode 3! The moment he held Jinx and realized how much of himself he sees in her, he started to turn back to that brother Vander almost drowned!
Also I feel like I have to point out one thing. Jinx wasn't aiming at Silco directly. She just spinned around in a circle while her gatling gun was turned on! It was a pure chance that Vi lived and Silco died. Its obvious from the paraler in her mind as Vi is calling out the names of her friends and she starts to hold her head and spins around before shooting to make the voices go away! She wasn't really trying to kill anybody at that point she just wanted quite! And sadly hit her father...
Say what you will about Silco but he was a great and supportive father who never looked down on his daughter. He was there for her and supported her with every ounce of his being. Even against others they worked with. He even kept the mug and the ash tray she made for him when she was a little girl on his office desk, like any other proud father would. And what Silco said at that table was 100% true, Vi would eventually gave up because she doesn't want Jinx, she wants Powder. But Powder is gone both because of how she left her but also because she grew up. Thats what Silco meant.
Unlike Vi, Silco loved Jinx for who she was, not who she used to be. He would have loved her no matter what and would be by her side or in the shadows to make sure that she is safe.

Y’all seem to really dislike Silco but he really isn’t that bad!
Silco & Vander aren’t real brothers but they were super close till Vander betrayed him during the war.
Silco first saw himself in Jinx when Powder was left alone and hurt by Vi in ep 3 & he really thought Vi was died bc of Marcus. He never lied to Jinx & truly thought Vi was there for the Crystal & to hurt Jinx.
Vi never once really called Her “Jinx” bc she doesn’t expect Jinx she wants “powder”. She even constantly tells Jinx to remember clogger and Mylo which causes her pain and Silco hated that!
Jinx was only 7 when Silco took her in & I’m pretty sure we are 7 years into the future now & Silco truly saw her as his daughter by having all the stuff she made on his desk & tried his best to be a good father! They are just both mental not healthy. :’(

He created an addictive and harmful drug and feeds it to starving and desperate people to use as expendable slaves. It mutates their bodies in strange ways, scarring them seemingly permanently by only a few doses. He doesn't care for these people after he has used them, he lets them wallow in a filthy shantytown. With the power of Shimmer he still does not give back to the undercity, but sets himself up as the kingpin of a rotting city he runs gambling and drinking in. He uses children as labour for his Shimmer factories, even the children of the "elite" and wealthy chembarons. He kills indiscriminately and without mercy. First Greyson, then Benzo, then so many more.
He feeds into and exacerbates Jinx's mental illness by telling her that everyone else will eventually leave her. She can trust only him. He is a mentally abusive man who has brainwashed a young girl into believing that he is her only hope for living. He encourages this mentally unstable girl to build him weapons and play with explosives. Some of this abuse can be explained by his own damaged mental state, but that doesn't excuse his actions. Just because Jinx is not right in the head does not mean that she is not responsible for killing those enforcers in the tent firebomb. Just because Silco was betrayed does not mean it is okay for him to gaslight Jinx.

Thats the great thing about the series. there are so many layers to everyone. If anything it kinda reminds me of Xavier and Magneto. One trying to go the peaceful route and the other the militant route. But it goes much deeper because it seems like Vander used to be just like Silco and was violent and just as dirty as Silco and after the fight between them on the bridge and meeting the girls something changed. Even in the first episode vander looks at the arm where he was stabbed. I think by the last episode Silco had finally reached the same place Vander had and looking for a peaceful way out.

@@berjanbeen7188 Silco told the audience his plan in Act I, all those years ago - to become the thing that Piltover fears most. And he did exactly that. He turned Zaun into a powder keg ready to explode right under Piltover's floorboards, and it worked. It still makes him a monster, but shows that his endgame truly wasn't about his own power.
During the negotiations, when Jayce demands that Silco discontinue the production of shimmer (the source of Silco's power in the undercity), Silco agrees without hesitation. Return the hextech gemstone (another powerful bit of leverage)? No problem. Silco is even fully prepared to give up his own freedom - he sees an outcome where both Zaun and Jinx are free as preferable to one where Piltover remains in charge and he gets to keep lording it over the undercity as a drug kingpin. For a free Zaun, Silco was ready to trade away his own power, position, and even his freedom - the only thing he wouldn't trade away was Jinx.
Silco is a zealot, for whom no body count was too high a price for Zaunite independence - a monster, but one of the most purely ideologically-driven characters on the show. Except for his one, fatal weakness: his daughter.

And Vi really did show she doesn't love jinx. She loves her sister, and powder, but not how she currently is. Not saying if they went together Vi would grow that irritated with her she would leave her. But she could never accept her. All intents and purposes, jinx became a monster and vi needed to accept shes a monster. Granted, best thing for Vi is to eventually offer a work-around with this, but Silco had to be alive for it to happen since he is part of jinxes life. live how when she shot that rocket she embraced a name that was used to belittle her. But now, Silco is dead and powder is, so the events that played out in the past was the past. She's cured of her trauma, she was already smart, but being a jinx makes her dangerous.
Also, i would love to see you guys react to this tribute of her character.

Jinx know she is not Powder anymore and Vi can't understand that, Sylco try to stop Ví only when Ví named Mylo Claggor cause saying the names only hurt Jinx and nothing good happen with that memory, Ví don't do that on purpose but she was hurting her sister... It's My opinion at least... Sorry if My English is Bad, hugs from Argentina.

Powder literally saw her first father die, and then caused her second AND her third father to die, each of which would have done anything, given up anything for her.
One of my favorite interpretations of the final scene was Powder killed Silco to protect Vi, so Jinx finally killed Powder.

    Yea, no...
This is definitely not a commercial.
Obviously it will bring interest to the game, they're not blind to that.
But these stories have been around in book form for over 10 years.
It was something the developer did for free as a gift to the community to make the experience better.
Now they're really just making it in video form, this is without a doubt a decision to capitalize on it, partly to bring attention to the brand but I am absolutely convinced the driving force behind this was just passion, love and the desire to give the fans something extraordinary.
They could half axxed it and throws something together in less than a year and it would still bring massive attention.
This took over 6 years to make and they didn't slack off in any capacity.
It's one of the best written, directed, animated and voice acted shows I've ever seen.
It might be the best show I've seen period.
    It's virtually flawless.
It would be more fair to say the game is a commercial for Arcane than the other way around.

My favorite platonic duo here is Jinx and Silco. Even though they've been abandoned and betrayed, when they met each other, they trusted again, on each other. Silco is a great father figure for Jinx, since he experienced and felt what Jinx had felt before, he can guide her and console her in his own ways.
He might be twisted in some way so his ways of showing love may be completely different from a human who has not experienced so much suffering like his, however even if he still see that she has some use, we also see that he truly and unconditionally loves Jinx for who she became.
Silco isn't trying to erase "Powder", for me I think he just want Jinx to be strong and letting her past self die (or letting go her past self) is a way he thinks is the best since he also went through it.
Whenever the the series shows a scene of them together, like in Jinx's room(?), if we look past the disturbing stuff in her room or most of their conversation, we'll see that it was like a father lecturing his teenage daughter. Or when Jinx injected the shimmer on Silco's eye, why would he let her see his most vulnerable scene or why would he trust her to inject shimmer in his eye.
Also the scene where Silco found Jinx, in the verge of death, he didn't hesistate to rush to her and check how she is before cradling her closely (why would he need to "act" gently, in front of an unconscious jin and his subordinates when he doesn't truly care for her?) And carrying her on his own, not even giving her to his buff and strong subordinates beside him.
He could've just gave her to them but he didn't and he carried her instead. He also rushed towards the doctor instead of letting someone bring her there, he wanted to see for himself and make sure for that she will be fine.
At the last episode, where Jayce and Silco talked, Silco became fidgety when Jayce mentioned Jinx and looked around before saying that she was working for him (most likely saying that he ordered her to do all of that, even though most of Jinx's 'mistakes' or kills was done by Jinx intentionally). He also became solemn (is that the right word?) after their talk. This was his most important decision, it's whether he give up Jinx in exchange for his dream or he gives up his dream to let Jinx be safe?

When the part where Vi kept telling Jinx to remember Mylo, Claggor and Vander came, we see that all Jinx saw was the haunted image of what she has done. We all know that Vi is wrong in this part, why? Well for me it's because in the past, when Vi and Mylo talked, Powder (Jinx) heard their conversation then later on when Vi talked to Powder (Jinx), Powder (Jinx) mention some of the words she heard in Mylo and Vi's conversation, it shows that it immediately took a toll on her emotions and self worth. It was this time when Vi comforted her.
Then the next was when Vi had punched/slapped Powder in anger and sadness, she also had said what she denied to Powder. "Because you're a Jinx...Mylo was right" This sentence destroyed any trusts, words of comfort and acceptance from Vi in the past. She most likely felt even more guilty and when Vi left and didn't came back (because an enforcer got Vi), for her she was abandoned for being a Jinx and that last sentence was engraved in her mind, adding more on the trauma she had seen and experienced.
For me, it should have been obvious for Vi that Powder has been dealing with problems regarding her self worth (since I think that Powder always feels the need to be stronger and catch up to Vi, Mylo and Claggor). For the years they've been together, Vi should have noticed the changes or some hints about Powders problems since for me I think that you would know your own family member who had been with you for many years and feel if they are troubled.
Now in the present, Vi kept seeing Jinx as Powder and whenever she sees Jinx, she would have the urge to bring back Powder (the one she knows that is happy go lucky, the "weak" version of Jinx) however she needs to accept that as time passes, people change just like Vi had matured and changed slightly.
So when Vi kept making Jinx remember the memories she(Vi) considered as happy, she (Jinx) instead remembers her mistakes and the doubt of her self worth and her other problems began rising once again, this was an unintentional mistake on Vi's part.
When Silco attempted to shoot Vi, the reason was, he saw that his daughter is currently getting reminded of her mistakes, the results of her mistakes and what caused her to be mentally and emotionally unstable. He knows it is hurting Jinx, and the only way he thought at that second was to shoot Vi. However due to currently being emotionally and mentally unstable, from the hallucinations and memories, she had shot Silco.
We saw that Silco admitted that he wasnt planning on giving her up in exchange for the peace and freedom that he had always dreamed of. He also said in his dying moment "Don't cry....You're perfect". It shows that even in his last breath, he only thinks about Jinx's mental and emotional condition. He wanted her to not mourn for him and be sad, and as you see instead of using a name (powder or jinx) he said YOU'RE. It means that whatever she becomes, she will always be perfect the way she is, comforting and raising her self worth and self esteem. As he died, we see that Jinx had became fully Jinx (Not because she had let Powder die but she let go of her past to move on and accepted her mistakes completely. Powder and Jinx had became one. So Powder had became strong)
I see most people reacting to this doesn't see the good intentions of Silco even in the end. I feel bad that just because of Silco's ways to achieve his dream, appearance and history of being evil completely blinded them from knowing that he is also human and people change as time passes. Silco had once thought Vander was "weak" for Powder and the rest but when he had taken Powder in, he became the "weak" man he called Vander before.

Also...I hope that Jinx will have a new voice in her head in the second season and I hope that it will be Silco however instead of voices of doubts, self hatred, and guilt, Silco would be whispering comforting words, encouragement and support for Jinx. I really hope they do that. Jinx needs someone she trusts to be there with her and with Silco's presence she may slowly get her sanity back since I saw a video (idk if its an official leak or something) that talks about Jinx gaining her sanity back.

Silco blew me away in this series. He's one of the best villains I remember in a looooong time.
He started out as a hideous villain. Someone who hated Vander for leaving the cause. And throughout the series we're not sure, if his care for Jinx is geniune or if he's just playing her, using her for his needs. I'm sure in the beginning, Silco just wanted to use her, and saw a little bit of himself in her. But by the end... oh damn. Silco is in the same position as Vander was and... he understands. He can't give up Jinx for Zaun. Zaun that he has worked his entire life to achieve, all undone by a daughter.
Vi loved Powder, and wanted Powder back. But Powder changed, and there was nothing but Jinx left. The only one who unconditionally loved Jinx, was Silco, and I think that's what the end scene is about. Jinx wanted Vi to love her, love what she had become, love Jinx. But after killing Silco she realizes he was the only one who really cared for her, no matter what she had become, and thus Jinx chose to sat on the Jinx chair.
It's a twisted father-daughter relationship, but goddamn if it isn't well done, and goddamn if I didn't tear up when Silco died

You're my world, you're every breath I take,
You're my world, you're every move I make,
Other eyes see the stars up in the skies,
but for me they shine within your eyes.
As the trees reach for the sun above
So my arms reach out to you for love
With your hand resting in mine,
I feel a power so divine
You're my world you are my night and day
You're my world you're every prayer I pray
If our love ceases to be
That is the end of my world for me.
