I feel man but the brakes being spongy might be a different issue the k6 k7 was notorious for having touchy brakes and big bit lots of newbies found out the hard way but for reals new bikes are so smooth but got to remember its a 07 but all in all my fav bike and ill ride my k7 too the grave just love it sweet vid bro btw like seeing new k7 guys out there keep it up bro ✌
you dont have to change regulator rec every 3000 miles just relocate it to side of bike , and gear box issues must be with yours because all the ones ive owned where sweet gearboxes .
My 07 model the rectify came moved stock for my country. Gears are fantastic for me. Hardly have to put any pressure. Breaks defs not spongy. Replaced my pads when I got my bike and it is doing fantastic. Super responsive. Do have the thing when the gear indicator around 5th and 6th blanks out, but for a split second usually just bump my pedel and it shows. With the clutch I love it. In my county theft is a thing and so is stupid thieves. Having the kill switch on and the lovely clutch in to start, I know thieves my side with thing again trying to start it 😂😂

Ik auto blip is for down shifts. And quick shifter is for up shifts. The Ecu will cut the spark and fuel for a split second. So it will be clutch less upshifts and down shifts. I kno what I experienced so far owning bikes and researched. I adjusted dampening on my bike for the track. Preload. Gears etc. I’m very informed on Suzuki’s and stand by what I say 100%

I did My stator n rectifier for $45 u paid $500 🤣🤣 my brakes work great and I shift in wheelies 1st to 2nd and never have a problem sound like u need practice shifting my gear indicator works great to idk why ur bike is broke get it fixed 😂😂
7k miles on pure carnage on my k6 600, never had a single one of these issues. Never once accidentally shifted into neutral. Never once had a single moment of anything not working as designed.

Of that 7k miles, about 1k of it was over 150mph, and about 3k of it over 100mph. Pretty much the most fun I ever had that didn’t involve a vagina.
Prone Rider 562 im glad ur bike is still running strong. it all depends on how you ride. If you ride your bike excessively it will go more ofter just because of where it’s located right on the frame it gets super hot and a lot of common problems is that the harness melted itself out if it gets too loose. I had my rectifier go at 1500 miles! With only 8k on it and then another 3 k had to do it again. Everybody’s experience is different. Just informing those that it is a common problem on the bike.

Had mine until 160,000kms. Replaced rectifier once, stator once, ignition coils once, computer box once, overhaul once. The bike is good.

Use Semi Synthetic motorcycle oil. Fixed my first to second shifts. It’s a blend of Castor oils etc.
Dude these bikes are built like no other. I have a 06 750 just relocate the rectifier and swap out the coolant and your set

Why don’t you just re-locate your rectifier so you don’t have to keep wasting money I put mine in my airbox been smooth ever since

2-3k until the rectifier goes bad? You're high. I bought mine with 14k and it's at 23 and some change now. The rectifier is still going strong.

I bought a rectifier relocation bracket on eBay. Allows more airflow and is away from the radiator.

You can start it with the key on and gear in neutral
You can’t on the gsxrs, you have to hold clutch in to start it
