Temporary Powerups Update

Adding in Temporary Powerups that enemies 1 in 20 chance of dropping
1 is Temporary Spectral Mode
2 is Temporary Double Damage
This, a secret location, secret mini boss, and some chances to the level/checkpoint layout will be added to the demo soon.

no microtransactions are planned, cuz I don't like them, so I'm not putting them in my game haha, don't really have cosmetics planned, but if there will be, they will be unlockable
