    Love these work outs Lucy’s, I’ve done them every day for afew weeks now and they are really helping. I have lost 4stone and reversed my pre/T2 diabetes in a year 😊

    Good morning Lucy hope you are well ❤. I did this work out and found it really fun and enjoyable. You can get fit without always jumping around or running on the spot 😂. This was great to gently ease me into my working week. Although I'm not in the diabetic range, it is in my family and I don't want to be another member of this group. Your exercises have been my constant companion for many years, even just the short 4mins/5 mins/7mins keeps me on track. I'm not perfect by any stretch of the imagination, I love the not so healthy food. But your daily work outs are the best. I also bought your Walking work out for perimenopause which is my greatest battle. But you are the best companion for this stage too. Thank you so much for thinking of everyone ❤❤

    I broke my big toe and am supposed to stay off of it so no walking or jumping on that foot for 3 weeks while im in a boot. I have been so stagnant for a week my body is stiff and aches . So glad to see this!!

    I’m going to do this on my lunch break on week 5 for Lucy workouts and I feel so much fitter I’ve started to jog a bit with the dogs instead of just walking with them which they love!! Thanks for getting me moving again Lucy 🤗
