A Thank you, message! As Kiwi's, we can't/wont provide our own protection! Thus we cant help protect you guys either! So thank you for taking on the forced burden we have asked of your nation to protect ours also. Sincerely, the New Zealand Government!
Wonderful seeing so many top guns, and so many beautiful aircraft from all over the world coming together in the cause of freedom. It is also fabulous seeing increasing numbers of women amongst the men in service of their countries. We all grow stronger by working together as friends and allies, and learning how to cooperate in the skies as a team. And a big shout out to all the dedicated ground crew who work so hard to keep those birds in the air. Australia welcomes every one of you, and thanks you for your service.
Awesome.. Especially the F 35's . Wonder when we get to see our Sukhoi Su 30 MKI 's .. As an Indian it's always our favourite sight to watch the backbone of our Air Force ( 270 of them we fly in the IAF ) in action especially as most of the Fighters here will necessarily be from the western world's inventory. Always a sight for us to marvel at.. Thank you Royal Australian Airforce for hosting us at Pitch Black 24.
@@wuhanChineseVirus The order to replace the lost 12 Su-30 MKI has already been placed months ago, last airframes will be rolling of the HAL Su-30 line by now. So 272.
Thank you for sharing this video with all of us. The details of the aircraft around the airfield are top notch. Seeing them flying in looks just as impressive. Do you reckon we can see the Singaporean F-15SG Fighter Jets, the German Eurofighter Typhoon and the EA-18G Growlers next, if that's OK? Thank you. We like this video. Keep up the good work.
I did PitchBklack 90 with 2Cav. We were up there driving th ADGies around in M113s as the ADGies were apparently thinking about getting AFVs were were there to demo to them. " Way different show now though - so many countries particxipaing - the only ones I can remember for sure from 90 were the US and Singaporean A4s - although i don't think we saw those at Tindal. It was still an awesome experience for a 20 year old digger - we were pretty close to the end of te\he runway next to some hardened shelters so we'd see the F/A-18s and whatyever else lifting of in pairs and 4s - which is really cool at night wth the luminous strips and burners. The only downside was the dogs around the aircraft shelters which were where the nearest toilets were. One day we're sitting on the edge of the strip in our harbour and we get air alert red weapons free over the net. The next you you know this B52 comes in maybe 30m off the grounds and straight over the top us. Like we were in it's shadow for what seemed like ages (in reality probaby 2 seconds). We got credited with an exercise kill. Imagine that flying all the qay from Guam in a B52 just to get theorectially klilled by a troops pf cavalry you just have the misfortune to fly over. But one .50cal and one .30 cal on every vehicle at 50-75, range we probably would have damaged it pretty bad with live rounds.
seeing the planes n the pilots brings me to tears.. always wanted to be a pilot but a broken leg at 13 made me turn to pharmacy.. now i deal in drugs instead of bullets n rockets
I wanted to be a Fighter pilot, I got to apply, but was not selected. It's absolutely correct that only the best are selected..! Thanks for this RAAF..! You do a superb job in keeping Australia safe.. Cheers...!
Good luck PAF , be like Philippine Eagle ,the fastest and the biggest eagle in the world. Soar High and show to the world " Ang tatak ng galing sa Pinoy'. We are proud of you all
They will be seen in future Pitch Black videos. I have seen them in previous videos. Unfortunately with so many countries, and so many aircraft types, not everyone can be seen in every video.
I have seen them in other Pitch Black videos. Too many nations, and too many aircraft types to see all of them in every video. We will see them again in future videos.
The problem with having so many aircraft types from so many countries that not all can be seen in every video. I have seen Indian aircraft in other Pitch Black videos and they will be seen in other videos to come over the next weeks. We are proud of all the nations and air crew flying in the exercise, including the Indian contingent.
Good coordination, experience for all Gowever Australia we need more variety of aircraft and more numbers.mire important,Pilots and pilots only selected from tje best not the most political correct Identity politics has zero place in the driver seat
you dont even have any assets but have to rely on outside assets to even be able to do any training. Thats still not going to help you in an actual conflict, when you literally have nothing to defend yourself with. I love how you ridiculous nonsense run your mouth while you have no air assets of your own, but the few USMC aviation units imbedded in Perth who have a much bigger air asset than your entire nation, even though they themselves are a pretty small unit. The way you nonsense that live in deluded nonsense backwater is remarkable to say the least.
Glad the Harriers are still serving. Wicked Jet.
Fantastic aircraft, amazing when you think how old the design is. 😊
Always a great aircraft. The pilots must be so proud to be able to fly in such a loved airplane.
