Thank you so much for this video! I've got to tell you that my 2007 Sierra has 302K miles on the original engine and tranny- just now having to replace window control- exact issue as you had with passenger side, up, not down. Thanks again for saving me $$$
Hey thanks for the tips, I did my switch in about 10 minutes. Your video made that possible. I picked my switch up at NAPA, unfortunately it costed me about 80 plus tax. In the future it will be via amazon as it seems the price is at least half of what I paid. My new switch is assembled in China for NAPA parts. My old one was assembled in Mexico. Take care

I wish it was this cheap for my model of truck. I have a 2009 Chevy Silverado crew cab LT with the power folding mirrors and because of that the window switches $200 roughly for a good one from Amazon it’s $100 but the reviewers aren’t good and for that much money it’s worth trying to find a used one. That’s genuine GM for less money.
Very good job this is like one of the best vids I've seen here . I wish my truck had separate switches but my 03 is all one piece and like 175 I guess I'm a wait it out a little longer lol
It could be the motor. For me, I noticed it would go down sometimes but never had any issue going up. To me, that made me think about the switchgear. That's a much easier and cheaper first fix than the motor. If the motor is broken, that's a whole other issue.

Did you try cleaning contacts inside the switch? I took mine apart and cleaned it. Works good
I did. I saw that was recommended on a message board so I tried it but it didn't fix anything. Not for me at least
I took all the connectors off and it seemed easier
