    What anti-splatter spray are you using on that 9”? Also, Google says the Jeep duck movement started in Canada. Can you explain it for me? 😅

    I remember the solid axel swap blazer you did and the shock tuning. That rig was crazy smooth after he rebuilt the valving.

    Is that anti spatter you're spraying on the axel between welds? I've heard of it, never tried it. Is it worth it?

    • @BigTireGarage
      @BigTireGarage  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yep......I use it when the finished product needs to be "perfect" this way any little berries won't stick around the weld and need cleanup before final coating

    • @bradywilliams2666
      @bradywilliams2666 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's an anti spatter spray. Just helps keep the welding berries from sticking where you not welding.

    Ian what is you are spraying on the axle before you start welding it? Thanks for the entertainment and knowledge. It inspires me to build and plan my Jeep build after I return from my current deployment.

    Was that anti splatter spray used on the bomber axle right before welding? And wouldn’t it have contaminated the welds? Love the videos!

    Why not truss the bomber axle? I’m working on my jk axles and planning to truss and gusset my front but it’s not the beefy tube housing like yours

    • @BigTireGarage
      @BigTireGarage  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Doesn't need it...if it was an Ultra 4 car I would truss it...but for a trail rig..the Spidertrax axle is plenty strong

    I've been watching you not necessarily on TH-cam but since you've been around lets say. Love your builds love your Cadence of speech love your knowledge. this will give you a hint, one of my favorite things in the world is a blooper real between you and she that will not be mentioned because it hurts too much. Keep on keeping on brother you'll do just fine. I wanted to do something similar on TH-cam for a lot of years I just spent too many years getting paid to chase somebody else's dream and didn't spend enough time devoted to chasing mine. My back's been shot for years and it's real hard to get motivated after a full day and then all the house stuff to go do stuff that you know is going to hurt the ol back worse. anyway, anybody can make an excuse and I guess I've made mine you have a great day and I love your videos

    How did the heim joint on the shackle side of the Crawlarado work? Specifically, on road? I have a YJ SPUA that this seems like a very neat idea for some added flex.
