You could make a removable tire mount that goes in the stake pockets. Make it longer than the pocket so you have room to put holes for a pin below it. Then if it’s in the way for a particular haul. Move it to another pocket.
Jody at Gravely trailers built my car hauler custom and one of the spare tire mounts has a spindle welded into it and a live hub is attached as the spare tire mount and if I blow a bearing or hub on the road, it gives me a full replacement. Sweet setup
My problem is finding a series 3 carrier for my 69 Chevelle 12 bolt Eaton posi. Great video, it's been very cool watching you progress over the years!!
You can get replacement spindles made to weld into the axle tube. It makes a great spare tire carrier to use a spindle and hub with the added benefit of having a spare hub on hand without taking up space.

I use compressed air to blow out from under stuff, blow towards the middle of the shop, then sweep up the big middle. It works and minimizes dust in the air but saves moving stuff around.
I shop vac either end of day or first thing in the morning everyday. Maybe a little excessive, but I feel so much better & motivated working in a clean shop than I used to in a dirty shop! Really surprising how keeping my shop clean makes me want to do better quality work.
The best thing to do when working on a big job is to keep an empty toolbox for the tools you are using on that job. At the end of the job or the end of the day. You clean & put away all the tools you had out. This keeps you better organized and prevents you from losing tools. The way you left your shop, there is no way you were able to quickly find half of the tools you had out. Keeping organized as you go does actually save you time in the long run because you are not wasting time looking for tools or parts.
Oh I don't disagree with you....but when in the thrash...and you are pulling four 20 hour days....it gets messy no matter how hard I try this happens at least once a year
Five gallon bucket..everything goes in the bucket each time work stops, from there it's just a couple minutes from bucket to everything in it's proper place.
