Very clever! Love the clip of you throwing away the prototype haha

Today, we call that "P1". Average lifetime... 15 minutes. 🤣

I am getting the same mixer arm behavior, except when it gets cockeyed at the very end it gets stuck under the build platform thus preventing the platform from reaching the bottom of the tank. The printer continues without error and cures the raft layer to the bottom of the tank which I have to meticulously pry off. Have you found your mixer to solve the issue?

I have had the mixer arm askew, but never had the system not recover from it. The pre-mixing has been a win. My procedure now is to pre-mix for a while (15 min.?) then manually top up the tray/tank prior to a cycle. This will get the resin viscosity closer to what it should be. I find that the resin in the tray does thicken over time, and this helps. Especially if your printing sessions are sporatic.
