The Cheese-its are a perfect idea for any trail taco.
spicy cheez-its 🤯
Score again, Chef. I had never thought of adding the powdered egg straight to the beans. I will try it this week. Those have been my go to meal since the 80's. I'll add some dried onion and veggie flakes. Maybe I won't wait, just test it at home tonight?
Love it! Or gasp, fresh bell peppers! Make it your own and enjoy the trail taco tasty goodness
To the fresh jalapenos? ;) @@ChefCorso
I believe in you
Found you looking for some quick recipes while camping. Great stuff - having trouble sourcing some of the ingredient or things I can substitute here in Ontario Canada. I just started looking so I'm sure I'll track them down - just not in time for my early May trip.
The flaked beans - what kind of beans are they?
Thanks for this channel!! I'm looking forward to looking at more of your videos
cheese 86b! Try using some rice noodles, polenta/grits, instant rice, instant mashed potatoes. Those seem to be in most places and a great start for a meal plan. Let me know if you have any specific questions.
I have a friend from el salvador and and she takes dried Beans and grinds them up in a coffee grinder.
They, could they cook much quicker like that athough?
Just saying
Really enjoy your videos, the food looks delicious. However, are you concerned about health when placing it on the ground? Using something as a base might be better. Best wishes!
Clearly not much. Ha.
@@ChefCorso I would really appreciate a video on this topic... I love you and trust you. I camp a lot so I don't worry much about the outdoor dirt/creatures that occasionally drop in, but I have wondered about putting food on the rocks...
Once you try FREEZE-DRIED eggs you will never stoop to using inferior dehydrated eggs again! Likewise, freeze-dried hamburger or sausage crumbles can be substituted for TVP. I mix my tacos in freezer bags. Just add boiling water and soak. Fast and NO dishes to wash!!!
If you come to NH or Maine, wa can do my famous upside-down pizza.
Love it!
