    Dang Blindstuff, That some scary riding. Think I would have had a panic attack up on that ridge. Glad you made it down safely. Thanks for another great video

      It was without a doubt a scary ride, but scary in a good way, it was at a point where I was still in control, but working super hard. I'm happy I had the chance to ride a lot before attempting this, had I done it last summer I don't think I would have ridden it. Glad you enjoyed it, Bob!

    Man, that looks like an incredible and very memorable ride. I started Googling some of those trips to put on my list. Thanks for sharing!

    Amazing vid, probably the best scenery i've seen in a mtb vid, glad you were ok after that slide, some of them descents looked techy as hell, great riding, you've done yourself proud with this one, epic adventure ride :)

      Wow dude, thanks! It was definitely my favorite day, so different from anything else I had ever done. It really challenged me, those tech sections were nothing short of crazy to me.

    Sorry for the late visit , just came from Telluride, what a place this is place "MUST VISIT", great riding as always, this places requires to be tide up to bike like surfers to board, one mistake and you can just watch how the bike tumble down 2000 feet drops, great video, cheers from Colorado, Verdon!

    • @BlindstuffMTB

      How was Telluride? Any video coming up on that?
      Glad you liked it. Definitely a place for caution, I was working real hard there, but it was so much fun. Cheers!

      BlindstuffMTB I've had mine at two bike parks now! Sure, there's better bikes for that, but it's not totally necessary!

    • @BlindstuffMTB
      @BlindstuffMTB  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Huntstyle agreed! Mine survived a crazy muddy day at windrock and a day of high speed bashing at trestle, could not be happier with a do it all bike.

      Views and riding like nothing I had seen before. It's pricey imho, but they do provide a lot for what you pay, guiding, no need to carry any gear, safety in case of emergency, cooking, etc, etc. If you want to check it out this is their site: westernspirit.com/trips/colorado-singletrack-mountain-bike-trip/

    This is amazing. I'm also from South Florida and would love to ride in other states like Colorado. Any tips?

    • @BlindstuffMTB
      @BlindstuffMTB  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      The best advice I can give you is start traveling whenever you get a chance. If you haven't yet been, try to ride Alafia, Balm Boyette, Santos, etc. There's a lot of good riding in central to north florida that's well worth it. After that, Asheville NC is a 11 hour drive and its well worth it, having gotten to ride in a bunch of places, Pisgah is still on the top of my list.
      Colorado is a bit more complicated in logistics as you have to either fly the bike or rent, but if you can ride in NC you'll definitely be fine in CO as well.

    Kudos. I made it to the trail on foot but was too scared to go past the first bunch of rocks

    • @BlindstuffMTB
      @BlindstuffMTB  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Its pretty scary, but not too hard to ride. One of those places where your mind plays a much bigger role than anything else.

    3:21 Stefano's front tire stopped working. It's just gliding now. Stefano, maybe try unplugging it and then plugging it back in. That works with my router.

    • @BlindstuffMTB
      @BlindstuffMTB  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      lmao, I hadn't noticed that. Crazy how the framerate lined up with the rotation of the tire. It really does look like if it were still.

    It sounds like you’re riding over broken terra-cotta.

    • @BlindstuffMTB
      @BlindstuffMTB  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The sound is so unique, I haven't broken terra-cotta to compare though. I have to admit that's one of the things I thought was coolest about the video.
