    You are a God. Suddenly, I found your video when I was in intolerable pain in both the backside of the legs from hip to ankle.
    Slowly, I started doing the exercises you taught.
    I struggled to walk for the past 4months without knowing the reasons for the pain.
    But now I can walk with little pain on and off. It's not cured completely. But managing.

    Dr Anand is a world class Superb Subject Matter expert 👏👏👏👍👍👍 It's very kind of you to post the complete treatment in youtube for free. I have sciatic nerve on the left leg, cannot even sit in a chair for 3 minutes pain will start. People speak Tamil language were the most philanthropic people in the entire world. Tamil world is the cradle of world civilization.
    I did this excercise precisely and slowly as advised by Dr Anand, first ,day recovered 70%, 3 days of following this relieved 95%. Continued for a week. Total relief without even the sign of pain.

    I had pain for past two months
    In Left leg and also have burning sensation in palm and heels
    Now after your advice and exercise totally all pains are released and burning sensation also released
    I do the exercise only two days

    Good Morning sir,
    I would like to say thanks to you first of all becoz I have been suffering from sciatic pain for more than 8 years
    During this year I had consulted couple of ortho doctors they had suggested some excercises after doing that my pain started increasing doubly. So I stopped all prescribed excercises by both
    One day I was searching on TH-cam to get rid of pain fortunately I got a doctor and his mob no. From Jaipur then I spoke to him he advised some excercises which was mind blowing but still I have experience some sort of pain which was quiet mild as compared to previous pain
    Then again I started surfing fortunately I got to see your video for sciatic pain which is totally done a miracle on my leg sir
    I mean it ...

    Hi. I hv watched ur one video that is how to test whether it is Sciatica or anything... But I am not sure what my problem is . Actually the same thing, the nerves from back to thigh on my left side giving so much of pain ... Unable to sleep , lay on tiles,bed ... And also facing sudden pain when I am in standing position also.. couldn't find out what type of problem is this... If I do this exercise, hope it will help me right ? And fir doing this , it will not create any side effects right ? So can I do this ? Doctor
