    Brutal one where the stretch from goblet squats through the row is just absolutely brutal. Split things up more than anticipated. Knew I’d probably not keep 16-8 on the toes to bar so happy to have kept it to 3 sets. Slow box jumps followed by slower box jumps. Not good. Unfortunately decided to break up the goblet squats but had a long rest. Wish the push-ups weren’t hand release because then I could have knocked them out sub 30 each time. Unfortunately the shoulders hurt more this way, but the lungs also have no shot at recovering laying on the ground. Poor rows. Enough said. Decent runs and easy on the air squats. Just missed my goal of 32-33. Give this one a go before eating hot dogs and burgers all day!
