    My predictions on this one were spot on. It’s fun how each body weight movement each impacted the Devil press different. Coming from the pull-up, the grip was taxed. Off the push-ups, the shoulders were extremely blown up. Following the squats, you didn’t want to bound up from the burpee but still need to. For me, doing strict pull-ups was easily the biggest limiter here, so I tried to really stay consistent and push on the other parts. My one suggestion was an adjustment I made early. With lighter Devil press I think going outside the legs on the snatches is faster and easier so after the first five I switched to that route. Give this one a go!
