I have been living in UAE my whole life and I can testify that UAE does indeed treat people from the South Asia region as second or even third class citizens; unless of course you‘re rich. How many Indians or south Asians in general do you find in the advertisements in the UAE? Most advertisements feature Arabs and whites.

Last i checked 75 percent of UAE and similar in other GCC states is made up of foreign expats, show me any other country with a similar ratio without their citizens protest and scream about immihration.
South asian countries themselves display worst kinds of racism to people of their own communities, look at the caste system. So dont be quick to judge a country who opened up their doors to the point where 75 percent of the country are foreigners.
