    Wow! Way to kick our butts. My hamstrings are on 🔥and I feel like I worked my abs without doing a zillion crunches. Really enjoyed the arm series facing the shoulder blocks. Thanks for this and the other int/advanced video on the membership channel. I’m looking forward to doing that one in the next few days.
